1) I have still not received my refund, and I doubt that I will due to the fact that the business promised me this same refund on the phone weeks ago but has not followed through.3) The business has neglected to send me an official refund confirmation email. 4) The business has been ignoring and/or delaying my phone calls. Importantly, the business has ignored every phone call that I have attempted with them this week (I have called them more than times during their stated business hoursFor these reasons and more, I am doubtful that the business will follow through with its promised refund without further prompting.
