We respect and appreciate our customers and we like to resolve these types of issues in a manner that is mutually fair? Unfortunately, your account has been turned over to the collection agency? Ms*** purchased the *** *** May 13, with 104,miles, AS IS with No Warranty At the time of negotiating the vehicle loan she declined purchasing the Vehicle Service ContractNothing was promised nor implied on the Due Bill at the time of sale When the vehicle
was towed into our facility February 27th, the vehicle had 116,miles, this equals to 12,miles driven since she purchased it 1/month prior.The vehicle did require repairs after the purchase and Zoe on a couple occasions stepped up and paid for the labor and only asked her to pay for the parts As well, Zoe Auto Sales agreed to finance the repairs to help her Currently her repairs balance remaining due is $686.00.Zoe Auto Sales has always been willing to help our customers when possible and assist them in a professional and courteous manner Her desired settlement is not an option Ms*** needs to assume responsibility and ownership of her vehicle

I am rejecting this response *** has never been a delivery driver for *** *** You must hold a drivers license for years and be years old to deliverHe has held his drivers license for year and just turned in JanAttached is a confirmation letter from the GM of *** place of business Also the car was sold to us with 109k miles on itIt has not had over 12k miles put on itThe *** had Transmission problems within days of taking it homeI will attach paperwork with miles and trans issues from the start in another emailThe cold hard facts of the matter is the car was never serviced for major issues and basic maintbefore going on lot for saleThis is deceptive I will not except anything other than money back to put my son into a reliable car that is safeNot from Zoes Auto SalesI think Zoes needs to stick to the facts and not make empty accusations so they don't have to take responsibility for the lack of actions on their partThey sold a car under pretenses .

Ms*** at this time Zoe Auto Sales, LLC must abide by the Retail Installment Sale Contract which you signed with us to resolve any differences Zoe Auto Sales has done all we have to do for you at this point Your request of all moneys you have paid to be refunded to you is not an acceptable request as the vehicle was used for commercial purposes as a delivery driver, it was used for over 1/months and over 12,miles were driven since the date of purchase

Dear Mr***:Please be advised that I had mistakenly misinformed you I called the finance company and inquired about their GAP program and they acknowledge that you did cancel the GAP within days of the contract It was cancelled on November 14, They advised me that you were refunded the entire cost financed for the GAP $as well as interest that would have accrued over the life of the loan For a total refund of $which has been applied to the back end of the loan.I wish the best for you and your family in 2015.Sincerely,*** ***Assistant General Manager

The customer purchased a *** *** 9/6/? The customer did experience some mechanical issues within the first six months and she had purchased a Vehicle Service Contract which covered these repairs? The customer defaulted on her vehicle loan causing the repossession of her
vehicle as outlined in the contract? We would like to reach a satisfactory settlement with this customer as soon as possible

want to include GAP in his financing, I advised him that it is cancellable within 30 days of contracting, and he confirmed with me that he did contact the GAP provider and cancelled it.  He was charged a $25 cancellation fee and the remaining $605 will be refunded to the bank and applied to his loan balance.  As well, even though Mr. [redacted] was not promised anything on his Due Bill and the vehicle was sold AS IS, I worked with him and certain items which he was concerned about, he and I agreed and settled for $400.Best regards,[redacted]Assistant General ManagerZoe Auto Sales, LLCColorado & Wyoming dealerships

I am rejecting this response because:I was assured that this vehicle was "safe and sound". and I would be in better shape with this car than the one I traded. I was given 1500.00 for the trade in and see it on the lot for $8995.00. Speaks volumes. I want the money I have paid towards the car refunded and to walk away from the situation. The sales man [redacted] assured me that I wouldn't need that extra package and that it would take me out of the budget range I was working with . I need to put my son into a reliable car and this is not one. Nor can I afford another $1364.00 for a new transmission when it has had transmission problems from the start . Documentation by towing company. And Zoe's also. The problem was not fixed to start with. I will not accept anything else but my money back . And an apology from the manager.
