Review: I ordered a cake and sent a picture of the cake, the bottom layer would be a 10 inch chocolate cake with ivory buttercream frosting, cost $53, the second layer would be a 6 inch white cake with the same frosting, cost $25, and the third layer would be a ladybug and match the design in the picture, cost $40, with tax the total was $128. And a smash cake would be white with red dots The cake I picked up was the 10 inch layer with the ladybug on top and the smash cake was white frosting with pink, green and black dots. I was very upset and the employee was very condescending and rude in front of a room full of customers explaining that I paid for 2 layers and the ladybug was my second layer, she looked at the picture that the sales person had stapled to the order but would not acknowledge that a layer was missing. I asked that she credit me for the layer missing and she said that if the picture was what I ordered then I was under charged. I don't understand why someone would send a picture of a cake they did not want, I had paid a deposit of $64 and I either had to pay the remaining balance are go to my grand daughters 1st birthday party without a cake so I paid the balance. I returned 2 days later to discuss it with a manager or owner but the same woman was there and the only solution that she gave me was that she would have the owner's wife to call me, which never happened. A few days later she called me offering a discount on my next order which was ridiculous to think I would give them another chance. Desired Settlement: Zoe's took my order and I went over it and the price was described for each layer and they were paid in full but at Zoe's if you are not satisfied that is your issue you take what they made or you have a 1st birthday party without a cake. Obviously at Zoe's statifation, custermers being right and politeness is NOT their policy I was very very disappointed and will never use or recommend them again
