horrible HR department
provided no specific details and just gave vague accusation

After trying to use a rebate from Zoetis at several stores and talking to the customer service in India, they told me I would have to call another number to get the list of limited merchants who accept the Visa debit card. After reading numerous reviews about the problems with Zoetis products on the Internet, I called my vet and returned the product and got a refund. I returned to using my previous product which worked fine for years.

Zoetis appears to be an unethical company, that charges higher prices for an inferior product.

Hello I run a group from the mid-atlantic that keep all adoptable/treatable dogs in 7 of the high kill shelter in these areas pulled and sent to rescues. Any pets that are treatable or need medical care to become adoptable are treated at no charge by one of the most compassionate veterinarians we have ever met. We have two dogs this week with masses ( mast cell tumors) that need to go on treatment to keep the cancer controlled. The masses have been removed and now we wish to do the follow up treatment with a medication called Palladia. We have used it for several dog and 1 cat it has worked well. We have been paying cost which is about 500$ per bottle. The vet providing charges us nothing. I was told yesterday that we would not be able to purchase the medication at cost as Zoetis has refused to sell the medication wholesale to the veterinarian as shelter animals do not meet the " client patient" criteria. We also will not be able to continue to pull and treat the many skin atopy dogs that have responded well to Apoquel for the same reason. We have used Apoquel to make over 100 severe atopy dogs negative for clinical signs so they may be adopted and placed in amazing forever homes. Adopting a dog out with skin lesions is not so easy. Shame on you Zoetis for becoming so greedy! Shame on you for caring more about you pockets than helping! [email protected] you and your management counterparts have now allowed less pets to be helped! We hope you get all of the riches you all chose for your company and that you can sleep at night knowing that our record of no treatable and adoptable pets euthanized in 2 years has now come to an end. I will be happy to send you photos of the dogs we now can not pull and afford to treat.

Sincerely,

Nancy Roberts

Review: My veterinarian contacted Zoetis in early October, 2015, concerning an osteoarthritis (OA) medication for canines brand-named [redacted]) and its adverse effects on my pet Golden Retriever. Under two separate applications of dosages of [redacted], my dog suffered lameness to her front legs and extreme soreness in her jaws. Upon both reducing and eliminating the application of [redacted], the dog recovered fully, does not demonstrate any signs of lameness, and has returned to normal activity. Previously under the medication, the dog was not able to climb stairs, move about freely, and I had to lift her out of a vehicle. Extensive radiographs, physical exams, and other were performed which showed negative results of any other complication. My dog has been maintained on an annual basis through [redacted] Veterinarian Comprehensive Wellness Program. I received a letter from Zoetis offering to pay for one prescription of [redacted] at $78.85 which I found to be unsatisfactory. My costs associated with the entire ordeal is documented through [redacted] Veterinary at $852.40, not including transportation costs. I sent a certified letter to Zoetis Veterinary Medical Information and Product Support which was received on November 5, 2015, with copies of the direct expenses and a cover letter explaining in detail both the circumstances for the expenses and my concerns. No further response was made by Zoetis. I called their Support group directly on November 30, 2015, and was assured that my Case # [redacted] was being reviewed, and that I would receive a further response shortly. It is now several weeks from that telephone conversation and well over a month's time since they received my certified mailing.Desired Settlement: I want a cash settlement of the costs to me from the ill-effects to my pet dog of both the Veterinarian expenses and minimal transportation costs, totaling $900.00.

Review: We received a rebate credit on our account in 2/2015. I called and requested a check be mailed instead of a credit on the account because the direct account is seldom used. We normally order Zoetis products through distributors. I was told then a check should be mailed within 6 weeks. I have called numerous times since then only to be told that someone would check on the status and get back to me. No one ever does call back. Two weeks ago I was told a check had been approved but no one knew what had happened to it from there. Today when I called they told me an invoice had been processed for the credit amount but no other information was available and the department that handles the refund would need contact me. When I asked if I could speak to that department I was told that was not possible as they are located in Costa Rica. Each time I call I get a slightly different story. I have since sold my business as of 5/12/2015 so this account will no longer be used and I want my check.Desired Settlement: They need to issue my refund to me in the form of a check.
