Although we made up the last game, we still had multiple games cut short due to issues that were preventable, received poor customer service, and ended up playing on different dates at different locations than those for which we signed up I'm glad Zog Sports continues to take no ownership over their problems and pretends as if they have no responsibility for the services they claim to provide I am not sure what Zog is actually liable for (though I will again point out that as multiple games were cut short and the playoffs were rescheduled to a different sized and alternate field, we did not receive the services specified when we signed up), but I refuse to acecpt that my complaint has been "resolved" just because Zog chooses to ignore its customers

Review: Zog Sports has had repeated problems with lights not functioning during soccer games. Although they have known about this problem for months, they have failed to do anything about it and continue to schedule games at a field that is basically unusable much of the time. They have failed to respond appropriately to our complaints, and as of yet have failed to offer any compensation for games that could not be played as a result of their misconduct (not preparing the field for play/not knowing how to deal with the lights).Desired Settlement: I am requesting that our final game of this past season be rescheduled, and that we be refunded for part of the season. This is the third time that we have had this issue with Zog, and neither time have they provided any resolution or compensation. Since some individuals will now not be able to play in any game that is rescheduled, and our entire team's evening was wasted last week due to Zog's incompetence, we request a partial refund to make up for this.
