I purchased a Zok device in May, 2020, but wish to return it. Their website says there is a 60-day money back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied or wants a refund for any reason. I attempted to use their website to return the device, but a confirmation number is required. I went back through the email receipt and shipping notifications in my email, but no confirmation number was ever provided by the company. I have used the website's "Contact Us" email form several times to address the situation, but have never heard back even though the website says they will be in touch within 24-48 hours. There is no number associated with this company that works, so there is no other way for me to try and contact them.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed reply, as we have just recently migrated all of our customer service team onto a new platform, which has caused a slight disruption in emails and response times.

In order for us to process a return we need the order number, but it looks like we were able to track down the number.

Per our return policy, we just need you to ship the device back to us and upon receiving it we will immediately process a full return. Before sending back, we need to issue an RMA number for the return and so that we can authorize your refund.

I am personally reaching out to our top customer service member so that they will get this refund process started.

I used the device as Instructed to relieve head pressure. Not only didn it make my ear bleed, but it increased my head pressure, leaving me with constant ear ringing and migraines.. I reached out to customer service 5 days ago for instruction on returning the item for refund and their reply was a question. I then replied and haven’t received any more messages. In the meantime, my head has gotten worse, the ear pressure is still there, I can’t hear well....like I’m in a tunnel, both ears, but the bleeding one is worse. I will most likely need to go to the doctor for relief and an antibiotic. I have emailed them 4 more times and they have sent no reply.

I am very sorry to hear this on behalf of our entire company in which I am Co-founder- alongside Dr. H.

We have just recently migrated all of our customer service interaction onto a new platform, called Freshdesk, which have caused some issues with customer interaction. However, I have personally reached out to our customer service personnel to prioritize this case for you.

Per our return policy, it is asked that the customer send the device back to us if they have not experienced any relief, but in this case I'm willing to provide you a free return label for your situation. Upon receiving the device we will authorize an immediate refund.

Regarding your experience with the device, we have never seen any situation like this with the near 100,000 people who have used Zok. After hearing your feedback, it sounds like there are underlying conditions that have facilitated this disruption in the ear. We have warnings of use specifying when you should not use the device, so we encourage you to stop usage which I'm assuming you have.

Anyways, we are sorry to hear that you weren't able to experience relief, as this is our guarantee for each customer, or else we will provide a full refund.

We will have one of our customer success team members reaching out shortly to provide you a return label so that we can have the device returned for a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:

ZOK has refunded my money but it took many days and several customer service reps. I feel that the public should be aware of this issue as the product has to do with health and puts the customers health at risk...I had to visit my doctor twice before I received any response from zok customer service. this device has the capability to push in earwax and impact it, causing severe pain and temporary hearing loss, followed by trips to the doctor and days of ear-care and medication....the public should be aware that this is a risk.

This item I purchased did not work and I'd like to return it. They will not provide a free return shipping label, which they should do for defective merchandise. They gave me RMA
