Review: I recently placed an order, taking advantage of a free shipping offer with a purchase over $100. The order was placed and confirmed with free shipping. I was not notified of a change in the order. The package arrived with only one item and I was charged shipping fees. There was no notification prior to the order being shipped that the order was changed. There was no statement on the bill stating that my original order was altered by the company and no explanation as to the reason for this change--e.g., back ordered or out of stock. Had I known I would be charged for shipping, I would have cancelled the purchase. Now I will need to return the purchase at my expense, and will not be ordering from this company again. I will also be inclined to warn others about what happened, rather than sharing positive information.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what happened to my original order and have the $8.95 shipping cost refunded.
