*** has come into our office for visits since the date of 3-27- He paid $4,He had Invisalign done which means the costs are up front as the "work" is done at the beginning of the appointment It is not like traditional
braces *** received all retainers of his treatment plan DrZollinger will willingly transfer his records to another dentist for continued treatment and *** was told on 12-30-that when he finds a dentist that he can go to, we will transfer his records *** wanted money back, but unfortunately, the costs for Invisalign are at the beginning because the work starts in the beginning with the models and the computer and in the creation of all of the aligners This money he paid, went to "Invisalign" and they will not refund us money because they did the work for which they were paid Advance Family Dental also did the work for *** and provided all the aligners to him I am not sure why he would feel like after receiving everything, he should get his money back.?

I do not expect a refund from InvisalignI expect DrZollinger to refund a suitable (prorated) amount that is in line with less than half of the work being completed
DrZollinger's office made numerous mistakes, and a second mid-course-correction is needed due to their negligenceThe treatment is less than half complete, and no more work will be completed by DrZollinger's office
Due to the fact that less than half of the work has been completed, and DrZollinger did receive a profit out of that $4,996.98, I am certainly due a prorated refund for the remaining work that has not been completedI would be satisfied with a $1,refund
I am not sure why DrZollinger believes he has earned 100% of his profit based on visits, all of which lasted for less than minutesTwice I had to return due to faulty placement of anchors
