They keep my money for months and months now with poor excuses.
At the beginning it was ok but now they keep the money!

Zombaio are in trouble and not paying out, you only have to Google to see the sheer amount of complaints from Webmasters not being paid.
Financial suicide to use Zombaio, they DO NOT pay out and they will also re-bill customers that cancel

Terrible company. Zombaio is consistently late with making payouts from Visa/MC sales to their clients. Some payouts as late as 3 or 4 months. 1000's of online complaints in most adult webmaster boards. Zombaio has turned off their phone lines and only contact is thru a live chat, which is never on, and when it is on, it's at 10pm their time, so they can't act on your business requests because the banks are always closed. Clever of them. They lie, alter payouts and have no accountability to their clients. They no longer have any US based offices and are only in Sweden. Worst experience of my business career using Zombaio to process my [redacted] and ** sales. They get away with withholding funds because they are in Sweden, and most of their clients are in the USA. I hope Visa shuts them down one day when the find out what is really going on.

Review: I run a small adult blog site and I am an affiliate for [redacted]. They process commission payouts via Zombaio.com. I read the history of complaints for this company and I, too, experience the same unfortunate situation. My first payout took 3 months before the ACH withdrawal was completed and transfered to my bank. Now I have a pending payment processed on [redacted] on 12/**/2104 in the amount of $119.03. Whenever I speak to someone from their online support, I get a very non-committal answer that it's already been processed with their accounting department, and that funds should be sent the following week. I honestly do not remember how many times since December 2014 to date I have reached out to them. Apart from the above pending payment, I have another income stream that I haven't requested payout yet because I want the one in December cleared. This company really reeks. I think they should be investigated further because what they're doing here is criminal. When I spoke to one of the agents before, I was told that the company is based in Belize. Whether it's true or not, the company needs to be investigated so they can be properly regulated. Otherwise, they should be banned from doing business. They also have a business registration in [redacted] and I believe it's the same company.Desired Settlement: I just want my money paid to me.

Review: They are my payment processor, I still have not received my payment in the amount of $108.23. This amount was to be paid out to me on 6/**/2014, a month later, still no payment. Also, I have another $62.63 sitting with them, and I would like that paid out as well, because I have not sent any further business their way since the first missed payment.Desired Settlement: I want them to sent all of my money totaling: $170.86, and then I will cancel service with them completely.

Review: I run a small adult blog on-line and utilize some ads from other pay sites to get some income for my efforts. The adult site in question is [redacted] I have been promoting it for several years, and have been accruing commissions for my efforts.

Sales have been slow, and I haven't requested a payout for over 2 years. Now that JockPhysical has changed to another site that processes its ads and member payments, I have requested on several occasions to get a full payout in the amount of $327.95, and don't want to continue with Zombaio as the site went to another provider.

Since then, I've requested payouts on line, and no action. I have called to talk to someone, but you can stay on the line for hours, and no rep will pick up the phone. I have communicated by text with their office, and they acknowledge that I'm owed $327.95, but cannot tell me when it will be paid. This has been going on for several months now, and I want my money now, and to close out my account with Zombaio.

When requesting payouts in the past, Zombaio held a certain percentage of my commissions earned in my account, in case of refunds. I am requesting that these additional funds not be held, pay me entirely what I am owed, and cancel my account ASAP.

My Zombaio ID number is available upon request.Desired Settlement: I want $327.95 paid to me either by check or wire transfer, and my Zombaio account closed.
