Good morning, With any gym membership you must fill out the proper paperwork to cancelWe only require a written day notice from the client to cancelThis client decided to text various trainers asking them to cancel so they did NOT have to follow the proper guidelines stated in the contract
they signedAs to this day we have yet to receive the paperwork required to cancelOut of good faith we did freeze their membership awaiting the paperwork to be delivered(WHICH WAS PROMISED TO OUR TRAINERS SEVERAL TIMES)Our usual freeze time is 30-days maxTheirs has been frozen for six months, giving them ample time to drop off their cancellation paperworkWhich as yet to be dropped offUnder their contract guidelines we can unfreeze their membership at anytime and collect six months of monthly duesTo resolve this matter quickly please have them fax you their signed cancellation paperwork they have yet to bring and get processedTo date they owe month of memberships feesWe are going to turn it over to our lawyers and let them handle it from hereMy apologies you guys had to deal with this

I am rejecting this response because:we have cancelled last spring We have proof of cancellation from employees at zombie bunnyif they do not have their copies, that is not our problem we have cancelled and have proofthis is just terrible business practiceThey (the owner and manager) confirmed there was a mistake on billingThey also confirmed they would reimburse us. They never reimbursed us in full and they lied about several things in the process. We would have happily gone back there and they would have happy customersIf only they would have kept their word on everythinginstead they sent screenshots showing reimbursements, even though it was just screenshots of chargesThey continued to say we would be reimbursed and continued to push it off and now they refuse to do it at all.

Hey guys. As of today we have yet to receive their cancellation letter. If we do not receive it by March 2016 we will have to pursue legal action on money owed. Stated in their contracts they must give a 30 day written and signed notice of their cancellation. They have exceeded their 30 day freeze by several months, and still no cancellation letter. Out of good faith we will keep it frozen for one more month. We must have that letter and all money owed up until then by the end of March 2016. Thank you for your time..
