I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased a vehicle from your car lot with every intention that Zombie Johns was a ethical and reliable. Instead I received extremely poor customer service and a car that stopped running in less than 30 days of purchase. At this point Zombie Johns is trying to assassinate my character by any means because they are responsible for selling lemons on their car lot. I originally called to check on the title when Jerry hung up on me stating they had 30 days. I arrived at the facility not only because I was hung up on by an employee, but because my questions weren't answered concerning my title.The only reason I was requesting the title 3 days early is because I was told by a representative it would be ready for pick up on 7/5/17. I was not removed from the premises, there was no police report filed or taken by either party. There was also no other employees present at the time but Jerry. I received my title 7/5/16 only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com. I went to the facility 3 times yesterday, if I was removed from the premises why was I told to come back at 1:30 and again at 3 pm. The vehicle was originally listed for 800.00. However because they convinced me the vehicle I was purchasing was in better condition and more reliable than my car for trade, I felt I making a good decision. Although the VW Beetle was wrecked it was still in driving condition and had positive equity exceeding $350. If I would have known the transmission was going out in the 2008 Hyundai Elantra I would have never made the purchase. There was no check engine lights on or signals to let me know the transmission was slipping. Whether the vehicle is 450.00 or 4500.00 as a company its very unethical and deceiving to convince a person to make a purchase at your establishment knowing something may go wrong in an hour or two. Do you have paper work showing the vehicle went to the Junk Yard?

First, we at Zombie John's take all of our customer feedback seriously. In this specific case, we replaced the knock sensor on the 16th of September, a week after the sale. We do have the receipt for 162.83. It is important to understand that...

this purchase of a used car, and specifically "as is". The customer also declined the option of a warranty. So, we have delivered exactly as promised and actually went beyond by replacing the sensor at no cost to the customer.
