I am responding In reference to the complaint ID [redacted] , [redacted] against Zona Properties, IncI have personally meet with Ms [redacted] and discussed the Incident that occurred with her mother at one of our propertiesIn discussing the facts I believe that all issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of Ms [redacted] Sincerely, Richard ZPresident

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

I have several other recording also and the NET office just fine them for neverminding the property problems let alone the violent neighbors I was just credited to my [redacted] account I just want my sd back so I can move to a better safer n respectable environment for my kids

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as far as deposit returned.
With the exception that they were not in contact with me and did not respond to my calls or emails with updates I spoke with MrZona days before my deposit was returnedI spoke with his assistant syrtraina twiceIn which I was the one following up with them due to unanswered messagesI thank the Revdex.com because I will still be given the run around if I didn't file a reportwhether they located my deposit they always knew I paid oneThey had a copy of my leaseThey should of return my money in a timely manner given they took over ownership of the property and are liable for their tenants.

I am responding to complaint #:[redacted] against Zona Properties, Inc. We have looked into this matter and have
tried to communicate with Ms. [redacted] many, many times. This dispute stemmed
from an error by [redacted] when she moved into her apartment on [redacted].,...

[redacted] NY. Upon her move-in [redacted] turned on the electric
meter in her name for another of the apartments. When [redacted] informed us of the
problem we contacted [redacted] and informed them of the error and put the
correct meter in our name temporarily to aid Ms. [redacted] in correctly having
the right meter for her apartment turned  on in her name, which she did. We explained to her, or at least tried
to, that the problem was [redacted]'s not ours nor a problem with the house. She
became very belligerent at least three different times while in conversations
with the staff and refused to believe what she was being told. Since that time
she has contacted the office and argued with staff members numerous times
regarding various other issues, the most current being a belief that other
tenants were stalking her. We investigated by speaking to the other residents
and found no validity to her claims. We have again tried to inform her of our
findings but she refuses to accept any explanations and has constantly called the office (25 times in 30 min.) yelling and screaming. Her harassment has even come to the staff inquiring about calling the
police and filing a complaint, which we never did. At this time there is nothing we feel can appease
Ms. [redacted] and cannot proceed further. Sincerely, Richard Z. President

I am responding to your letter dated November 14, 2016 regarding a complaint of [redacted] ID#: [redacted]. We have resolved this matter with Ms. [redacted]. In regards to her security deposit we never collected it. It was given to a previous owner of the property before our client purchased it....

When Ms. [redacted] moved out we found that there was not any information in her file that showed she actually paid it on moving in. We checked with the bank where all deposits were deposited for the building at the time and there was not any record of her deposit. Our client did not recollect that he received any credit for it when he purchased the property and so we asked him to review his legal papers for the purchase. All during this time we were in contact with Ms. [redacted] letting her know what steps we were taking to resolve this matter. Our client finally did get back to us informing us that he found documentation of the deposit and we wrote Ms. [redacted] a check for the deposit plus interest. We now consider this matter closed.
