The driver, Michael M towed my truck and broke my windshield. I noticed it when I inspected my truck and was late for a doctors appointment. As soon as I could I called this company. They refused to replace my windshield. I want it replaced. I am 64 years old and I can't afford to pay out of my pocket for a new windshield. They are libel and I am not going to except anything else but it replaced. This is an abuse to the disabled and elderly.

I called today on Wednesday afternoon at 3:20pm. Katie answered and when I asked about a lien holder notification letter we received she said rudely to call back tomorrow during business hours. I told her its business hours now! she hung up. This is very rude and unprofessional especially for Storage & Impound Lot, considering they charge daily storage and interest. I can only wonder how they treat regular clients. I did leave a message so hopefully they will return the call.
