We received your letter regarding the complaint made by MrsO [redacted] Please see our response below.MrsO [redacted] rented three vacation homes through our company in AugustIt turned out that she rented these homes to host her wedding and her guestsOur company makes it clear that it's against county ordinance to host any event in a vacation rental homeThey are not licensed to be used as a venue and the county has strict codes regarding number of people in the homes and on street parkingMrsO [redacted] ignored this and proceeded to host her wedding at the largest of the three homes she rented, complete with a band, a large number of guests, and many cars parked in the residential neighborhoodWe were made aware of her event the next morning by unhappy neighbors initially and then when our cleaner arrived to the home to find the after math of a weddingThe home was excessively used and left very dirtyIt took our cleaner an additional hours to clean incurring an additional charge of $It states in our policy that any additional charges and/or damages will be deducted from the $Security deposit we hold for every rentalSubsequently, MrsO [redacted] was contacted and notified of the deductionShe was unhappy and very argumentative about the charge and even denied hosting the eventShe sent an email to Richard Breen the next day complaining as well.That being said, from that point forward MrsO [redacted] was angry with our company.Unfortunately, following the above mentioned incident, MrsO [redacted] 's security deposit refund checks were part of a batch of security deposit refund checks processed that accidentally were sent out without signaturesUpon realizing this error our company took immediate action to reissue the checks through our bankThis was not an easy process and took longer than the bank or we anticipatedMrsO [redacted] and all others have received paymentOf all the clients that were inconvenienced, MrsO [redacted] was the only one to be angry and Confrontational.It appears that all of what MrsO [redacted] has requested in her formal complaint has already been done, seeing how our office has apologized multiple times to date.We value our membership and good standing in the Revdex.com and appreciate the forum to share the circumstances of this unfortunate and unfair complaint.Kindly, K [redacted] ***

Mrs. O[redacted] ignored this and proceeded to host her wedding at the largest of the three homes she rented, complete with a band, a large number of guests, and many cars parked in the residential neighborhood. We were made aware of her event the next morning by unhappy neighbors initially and then when our cleaner arrived to the home to find the after math of a wedding. The home was excessively used and left very dirty. It took our cleaner an additional 3.5 hours to clean incurring an additional charge of $75.00. It states in our policy that any additional charges and/or damages will be deducted from the $200 Security deposit we hold for every rental. Subsequently, Mrs. O[redacted] was contacted and notified of the deduction. She was unhappy and very argumentative about the charge and even denied hosting the event. She sent an email to Richard Breen the next day complaining as well.That being said, from that point forward Mrs. O[redacted] was angry with our company.Unfortunately, following the above mentioned incident, Mrs. O[redacted]'s security deposit refund checks were part of a batch of 13 security deposit refund checks processed that accidentally were sent out without signatures.
