Review: I was not very sure about the quality of services provided by Zoni. When I visited their location I told them I was interested in the three weeks intensive English course and if I could have a complimentary class considering they were not my first course choice. Most of the people I know enrolled [redacted] course which is world wide known, but considering that Zoni was slightly more affordable I decided to visit their office. They told me they were not able to offer a complimentary class but in case I decided I did not liked the course they would return my money as soon as I give them a 24 hour notice starting from my first day of class. They told me to pay for the entire three weeks which is an amount of $946 (nine hundred and forty six dollars). The first English class was a disaster, the material was informational poor, their technique was old and there was no conversation. As soon I finished the class I talked to my friend about my disappointment. She totally agreed and told me to not worry and enjoy my vacation because in general that kind of business returns the money. Surprisingly some days before the end of my vacation we both visited their office again and they informed there is a possibility of the money not being reimbursed. I really think something has to be done, I am not worried only about my case, I believe they are doing the same exact thing against other people and this is extremely unethical. I really need my money as soon is possible, I am a teacher and I worked very hard for every single dollar I gave to them. My friend is writting this message right now because my English still in the beginner level and I am not able to write neither read complex English information. She lives in New York and she is helping me to solve this case.Desired Settlement: U$946 (nine hundred and forty six dollars)
