Zoo Culture

Zoo Culture has been charging their members a monthly membership fee during the Covid19 shutdown. We have attempted to email the gym, but they have not responded. We have requested refunds, and some of us have been charged twice instead of refunded. A previous employee recommended that we check our bank accounts from last year, and it was brought to our attention that the gym has been double charging several members for multiple months dating back to last year (2019). The gym has failed to respond to requests regarding these issues. The gym has also reopened during the Covid19 shutdown, against orders from the city.
