Review: I recently bought a reptirain automatic misting machine. Got it home, set it up. Found that I was missing a piece the remote sprayer hose that was showed on the packaging and on the component list of the instructions. I took it back to the store. Returned it and bought another. Got it home to find out that it too was missing the piece. I called zoo med. Left a voicemail message. Call was returned a couple days later. Where I was told that it does not come with. I asked if they could do anything cuz I was expecting it. She just continued to say it does not come with 2 hoses like it shows on the packaging and says in the instructions.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of settlement. Either a peice sent that is what it says it comes with or a partial refund. Because I am using it. But it does not have everything they advertised it would have.

Review: I had bought the zoo med turtle clean 501 some time ago, I had not use it. till the month of now it will not work good, and wont filter the water as shown, and stated it claimed that it dose 30 gallons of water clean, and after talking to the company over the phone they claim, because of that try lesser water level, I had it still dose not work. the company will not give me a refund. they tried to get me to send it back for lesser build, and I do not want that I want something in the same item use, and they wont talk any different.Desired Settlement: for not helping and trying to give lesser product I want plus refund or the product that dose the job of what the box showed with lite compensation. also do to the filter not working right my pet is showing poor health. thank you.

Review: I purchased the zoo med power sun 160 watt mercury vapor bulb for my bearded dragon. The bulb worked for 2 weeks then died. The bulb has a warranty for a year. I paid 65$ for this bulb online. I contacted them asking for either a refund or a new bulb. They told me they wont refund my money. I said okay and then I asked well I want a replacement bulb. They refused to give me a shipping label so I had to pay for the shipping. It cost me almost 12$ to ship it the cheapest way. The women told me on the phone that it could take 2-3 weeks for them to process it and then another week just to send out another bulb. Which is ridiculous in my opinion. The bad part is bearded dragons cant go with out UVB which comes from that light for more than 2 weeks. So if I would of waited for them to send me another bulb my bearded dragon would of died because of metabolic bone disease. So I went and bought another light online because I didnt want my bearded dragon to die. For that bulb to blow in 2 weeks of use is completely ridiculous and for them to tell me it could take up to a month to get a replacement bulb is insane.Desired Settlement: I would really like my money back because that bulb shouldnt of blew that fast. If a refund is not possible I want me shipping expenses refunded to me. Thanks so much
