This is not a good place to bring your childI have a year old that I brought there on a Friday night and the older kids were mixed in with the younger kidsThe older kids were running around and knocking over the smaller childrenThe people working were on their phones and not even watching the childrenNeedless to say I had to change my plans because there was NO way I was leaving my child thereWhen I called on Monday to ask if this went on every weekend the manager said I don't know I make sure I am not here on the weekendsShe had a very bad attitude on the phone alsoWhen I told some of my co workers about it they told me that there was a kid that walked out the front door and no one even noticed the child was goneWHAT!!! I'm so glad I did not leave my child there. Please do not bring your children there and tell all your friends not to also.

copied is the last letter I sent to them on 10/4:Management/Ownership:Please accept this as immediate notice to cancel my contract. I have called twice, emailed 5 times, and the ONLY reply I have received was when I submitted an inquiry through the website. My last call was Tuesday late afternoon and I was told the Manager would call me Wednesday. Per my messages below it has been a month now that I have been trying to get in touch with you. Obviously there are issues not being addressed in a timely manner. I have sent the last 2 messages and this one with return receipt for proof of when sent and opened. Due to extreme inadequate ability to handle a simple request concern for safety arises for children as well. I have only felt comfortable bringing the girls there twice due to both times no one being able to find them in the system during check in. That being said I was never asked for ID for either child at check out,so not finding them in the system but allowing them to stay and then to NOT require ID when I pick them up is very concerning. It is stated on the website under YOUR safety regulations that: We adhere to strict pick-up procedures. Staff check photo I.D. EVERY TIME a child is picked up.I am willing to accept I have paid for the last 4 months and have not used the facility however, due to all of the above I request to immediately be let out of this agreement and no future charges are permitted on my credit card. I have made WAY too many attempts to resolve this without cancellation however, being in management I understand that my negligence to my customers will cost me business and that is what this has come to. If you cant respond to half a dozen requests to call me than I cant trust you have my childrens best interest either knowing you arent even following your own safety guidelines.Desired SettlementSince 9/4- I have started corresponding on my end on I have received ONE email back on 9/17 saying " Sorry we didn't get your other emails" I have get back to you asap. I then on 10/14 mailed all of the correspondence and the above letter to them and have not heard back. I am NOT asking for a full refund however, per the letter and over 6 weeks of ignoring me. I would like September refunded, October if it has been charged already and to immediately cancel the contract with no further charges.

Business closed with no warning. Note left on door promising a refund. Will not respond to written communication. Have not received refund.Business closed with NO warning. Arrived to drop our children off one day to find a note taped to the door about their closing. The note promised that our money would be refunded for services which were prepaid. I am owed at least $50 refund. I messaged the owner in writing and have received no response and no refund. I messaged her on May 23rd and she viewed my message on May 31st (via Facebook.) I emailed on June 14th. Website and phone number are still working, but business is closed.Desired Settlement$50 refund.
