went on the 2-24-asked to speak to the owner in wich he was called gave me estimate I was told was more than enough time for a rental.I was told that the owner was out lookin for me a grill.to only find out that it was a lie.so I scence they wer lieing so I checked on my car daily to noly see nothing was being done.asked to speek to the owner to be told by the same person who called him the first time for me to
say he dont have a phone.that I cant see me car becuse of the way im talkin to her.tellin me u come here every day every day an I told her I will be here every day my car is here if I feel ur lieing ther is no law thats saya I cant.I then had to extend my rental for more days to go back to this to only b told that she has not told me anything.she the only person I been talking to.I end up ordering the grill from the dealer myself.because after the fact the lady said they order a grill it will b her mon she lie .once again tellin me she didnt tell me nothini then had to rent the car for 1day.when I pick the grill up and droped it off to them I asked is my car done she said yes went out to look at it all around to find out it was not done now this is the day of pick up I go back into the office an ask here why do u keep lieing she then told me u must cant here I said no.I give here the grill ssid ill b back at she then took my grill an droped in on the floor I told her she beeter quite playin with my time an money,an if my grill is broke u payin for it.when I came back at the car still was done.I told here I was not goin to pay here for a detail becuse my car was still dirty she tells me to bad its done so the shop man sees an starts cleaning every thing that suppose to b done not to worrie about it.so I tell her that im callin Revdex.com she says she dont care all u get out of her sayin over an over mitch is me husband mitch is me husband wich is the owner.this lady turn around an calls me a *** an to take my black *** back to africa *** u *** an if u touch me im callin the police.now I know damn well she done lost her mind.I even went as far as callen the rosecran office to speak with the owner wich is the same person left my name number an car make an the storie to only have no response back

this will be are explanation about this complaint for *** *** he took in this vehicle on a Monday /20/he purchase the Job # of the 4th that we offer what the total its $1,+ dlls of each jamb and total was suppose to be 1,781.56 w/ tax
included what he ask for a discount and we given a total of $1,he pick up the mdx on a Saturday ready he paid me and he took off days later he call me and said that he was not happy about and that if we don't give him what he wants he was goint to court what my response was no bring the vehicle over and let me see was not good for u and well take care he bring in on a Tuesday we polish the car at no charge even if I explain to him he need a color sand and buff and that was a different job we did it for free and he star video taping the team including me and calling he's lawyer and he ask me to wright down the date that I was going to have the car ready because he have no time what I did and then he went on he's way after we were down whit the vehicle.thanks*** ***

To home this may concern we have no file on this gentleman's claim,we checked our files and can not find nothing on this customer or his carCould be a mistaken shop their our several body shops in the area, we handle all complaints very seriously

I was never told by *** (the old Shop manager) or the new the new shop manager that there was an additional issueMy car was never taken to another shop at any point in timeOn each occasion I watched the shop repairman work on the light with my own eyesMy concern is also that if the light was replaced, why not the harness as well? The light was identified as faulty after the accident, it only makes sense that the mechanic would do there their due diligence and ensure that there were no other faults associated to the accidentThe light operated fine before the accident

on case #*** *** *** with faulty headlamp problem, we advised Mr*** that his wiring that connects to his light is broken after I sent his car to my electrical mechanic and paid out
of pocket $the light was working and later stopped working later in which we informed him that he needs to replace the wiring harness or take it to his mechanic

THE CAR WAS HERE FOR A WEEK AND I EXPLAINED TO THE COSTUMER THAT HES VEHICLE HAVE A LOT OF BODY WORK AND SCRATCHES THAT IT MAY SHOW THRU AND I MAKE A REMARK ON HE BODY WORK SEVERAL TIMES . AND HE'S RESPONSE WAS THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO MUCH MONEY AT THE TIME FOR HIM TO FIX IT THE WRIGHT WAY AND I
SAID THAT'S OK I JUST WANT U TO BE AWARE AFTER THAT HE WILL CALL ME EVERY DAY TO SEE THE PROGRESS OF HES CAR LIKE OR TIMES PER DAY FINALLY THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY HE DECIDE TO SHOW UP AN HOUR EARLY AFTER HE CALL ME AND ASK ME WHAT TIME HES CAR WAS GOING TO BE READY HE SAID THANKS AND HE LEFTA WEEK LATER HE CALL THE OTHER STORE ASKING FOR THE OWNER NUMBER AND THAT HE WAS NOT HAPPY WHIT THE PAINT , I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER RAY AT THAT TIME AFTER DAYS LATER HE CALL ME AND ASK ME ABOUT GETTING TOUCH PAINT AND I TOLD HIM I WASN'T ABLE TO DO THAT BUT IF HE NEED A TOUCH UP PAINT I WOULD DO IT FOR HIM HERE AT THE SHOP .HE SHOW UP AT THE STORE IN NATIONAL CITY AND LET ME KNOW THAT HE HAVE A PROBLEM WHIT THE PAINT AND IF I CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT A SPOT ON HE'S ROOF AND MY RESPONSE WAS I WASN'T ABLE TO TAKE THE CARE AND THAT DAY THAT HE HAVE TO COME BACK ON MONDAY BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOT OF WORK AND WE WERE NOT ABLE TO WORK ON THE VEHICLE SO HE'S RESPONSE WAS THAT SORRY I CAN TAKE MY CAR BACK AND YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP HERE TELL IM HAPPY I SAID OK I NEVER HAVE THAT RESPONSE BUT I WAS FINE TO HAVE THE CAR AND KEEP IT FOR ABOUT DAYS HE SHOULD ME THE ISSUE HE HAVE ON THE ROOF WE TAKE THAT AND WHEN HE COME BACK HE TOLD ABOUT SOMETHING ON THE HOOD AND SO I SAID TO HIM HE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THAT AND HE SAID YES I DID AND MAKE REMARKS THAT I WAS LYING TO HIM WHAT MY RESPONSE WAS I HAVE NO REASON TO LYE SO HE GOT MAD AND HE LEFT THE OWNER HE TAKE CARE OF HIM AND HE REPAINT ALL THE CAR

If the customer has a problem with the new light he should get together with me and I'll fix the problem if it's not electricall he can get in touch with me or leave his number so I can call him

We are trying to contact the customer to resolve the issuesWe will be able to remove any
oversprayWe will do the best we can on the customer supplied bumper that is causing the paint
to bubble because body work was needed to be done
