Zoom Business Development

Review: This company's representative contacted me to set up a website which I did not request or want. He charged my Discover card unauthorized with 2 charges of $5000 and $3495. When he sent me documents to sign I told him absolutely not I would not agree to those figures. I called my credit card to make a fraud complaint and they investigated and advised me they found no fraud. But I did not give this man my credit card number. He must have gotten it from Po[redacted] who they are affiliated with. I did not sign any documents and have not to this day thinking if I didn't sign anything It would go away. But, it hasn't. These charges have sent my credit card over the limit and I cannot afford to pay the bill. I am a 69 year old retiree living on social security. I have made numerous attempts to get Zoom Business Development to reverse the charges but, they will not. I have called and called, I sent a fax and an email trying to get a name and number for a supervisor or manager I can talk to but, they will not give me one. I don't know what else I can do.Desired Settlement: For Zoom Business Development to reverse the charges of $5000 and $3495 from my Discover card as soon as possible.

We take a lot of pride in our business ethics and integrity, making sure that we go over and beyond out customers's exceptions when it comes to their businesses. Our suite of products includes Website Development. Search Engine MarKeting, and Increased Traffic to Clients Websites, Social Media MarKeting, Blogging, and Personalized Attention to each client's account.

We are in receipt of Revdex.com Case #: [redacted]. The client in question. [redacted]. purchased our 5 Page Wordpress Website and MarKeting PacKage on July * . 2013 in the amount of $8,495.00 respectively.

We spoKe with [redacted] on July *, 2013 and she told us that she would like to have a website selling printers and cameras. We spoke with [redacted] on June [redacted] for about an hour and a half and went over what types of products she would liKe to sell on her website and then we charged her credit card on July ** 2013. [redacted] did not put in a dispute with her credit card for over a month and a half after she authorized us to charge her credit card. We provided all the documentation to[redacted] credit card company and won the dispute because we did nothing wrong except provided a valuable product and service to our client.

We purchased the Domain ([redacted]) for [redacted] and have added hosting. products. and a blog post to her website.

We applied to get her an Amazon Affiliate account so that she can sell Amazon products on her site. We have maximized the Website Visibility by using Search Engine Optimization for each of the webpag es that we created including each blog post that we wrote for [redacted]. Website completion date: July **. 2013. There is a lot of research and development that goes into creating a Website/Brand Online and we want the best for our customers and want them to be proud of the work and customer service that we provide for them.

Many of the complaints by [redacted] simply are untrue and do not apply to Zoom Business Development. Inc. [redacted] goes

on to mention that she did not request or want the website that we provided for her. The attached documentation will prove that she did request the website from Zoom Business Development. We have phone records to [redacted]'s confirmed home address as well as

emails to her personal email address. We also have the invoice and verified AVS or Address Verification (AVS is used by our merchant account to fight against fraudulent charges) and CVV2 number associated with her

Discover Card that she used for the sale. [redacted] is claiming that we obtained her credit card information from PO\ver Sellers College. which is a company that we have never heard of. nor are we affiliated with them in anyway. We were able to charge [redacted] credit card because she provided all the information needed to process the transaction.

I downloaded our Phone Records When we spoKe to [redacted], which was at her confirmed home address: [redacted] Directory Assistance Reverse Phone Number looKup Services Confirms that [redacted] is the person that placed the order with us at Zoom Business and these charges are not fraudulent. Also attached a confirmation of address and phone number with WhitePages.com confirming [redacted] 5immons address and phone number that we have provided and used to speak with her are valid and are not fraudulent.
