Dear Sir or Madam,I received a letter from Revdex.com on 01/16/2015 about complaint of customer (Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted]). Actually what happened about this complaint, customer called about the product which bought from my store after Christmas I don't remember exact date and I told her...

I will solve her problem and I will call her back and I note her name and contact no but unfortunately I lost the paper which has her information, that's the reason I could not contact her to solve the issue. But after I received the letter from Revdex.com I contact her on 01/16/2015 and offer her refund and she said she will be at my store at any time for her refund.So I will refund her full amount whenever she will be at my store.
I really appreciate with your cooperation and I am very sorry about the customer's inconvenience.
