Zoom Drain & Sewer Cleaning

We had a clogged storm drain. I called and got an immediate response and a fair estimate. The tech arrived the next morning and had the drains cleaned within an hour. The final cost was exactly what they had quoted me. This was a very easy transaction and all the people I dealt with were outstanding!

Juan from Zoom was able to take care of a problem which another company failed to fix. He was professional and easy to work with.

Was the only service I contacted for clogged kitchen sink drain that stated they would be out that day. I called several others including the one that the owner brags he has lots of trucks, 24 hour service, etc,etc, and they could not come out till 3 days later. Zoom showed up within 45 minutes of calling. Ben was polite, clean in appearance, and once I explained the issued got right to it. For some reason it was not an easy job as expected but he never gave up until he unclogged the drain. I was impressed and will definitely use this service again if needed.

Having a problem with your sewer is definitely no fun. However, Zoom Drain and Sewer Cleaning made dealing with it fast and easy. I explained that I wanted to get a video of my sewer pipe. Remy was most helpful in scheduling the work for the very next day. The team who did the job was Jeff and Derrick. Jeff explained the entire procedure and was able to recommend the best treatment on the spot to remove a few roots that could cause a problem in the future. They were extremely courteous and were able to put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Zoom to anyone for drain and sewer cleaning.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink drain. Zoom was prompt in sending a service agent out to assess the problem. I had the sink snaked. My service agent, Ben K., was courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I was charged a fair price. I am happy with the quality of work.

My bathroom sink has been clogged for over a week. I talked to two different plumbing companies, both of which were helpful but very reluctant to snake the drain because of how it was configured. One company recommended Zoom Drain & Sewer Service. I gave them a call the same day. I spoke with Remy, whom was very pleasant and professional. She even told me that they could have a tech come out within the hour. This was great, but surprising because it was already in the afternoon.
Tech, Ben arrived and had my drain snaked and cleared within 30 minutes. Ben did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process and answer my many questions.

We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. Immediate response was necessary and we were at the "mercy" as to the skill and reliability of the contractor we selected. Two weeks before Christmas I thought I knew what I was now getting for Christmas (a new sewer line, not exactly my first choice). I would like to report that I was surprised, relieved actually that Tyler S[redacted], Maintenace Tech from Zoom Drain & Sewer Service bailed us out (literally) and conducted himself in a professional manner opening and repairing our sewer line. Work quality was excellent and charges were fair, what else could one ask for Christmas. Merry Christmas Tyler, I hope this note reaches you.

Eric and his crew did a great job replacing my main drain line. The work was very invasive, but they did everything they could to minimize the damage to my home. I hate that I had to have this work performed, but I'm very happy with what Zoom did for me.

Zoom is quick and professional

Zoom service was beyond expectations. Juan C was extremely professional and helpful at all stages of identifying, fixing and advising on our downspout issues. One downspout had disintegrated below the deck level (18" deck from the ground). He cleared the downspout and noticed water running under the deck (after crawling there with lights in the rain). Initially it may have been that the downspout opened under the deck but Juan took the time, with a camera, to determine if there was a pipe that connected underground to the sewer. He found it, the connection had disintegrated, he confirmed the problem and reached through a small opening to pull up the disintegrated drain pipe. and then helped prep the downspout, clear the pipe to the sewer and show the work that needed to be completed.
