The customer was told the car will probably be ready on Monday because I have no control over  how fast a shop fax a car of how fast a service contract company approves a repair. that very Monday customer called me and accused me of being a liar than called the shop accused them of being a liar...

and using profanity. when told the service contract will send someone over to approve the work the next day and they can't start before that approval. He immediately called the company that was financing the vehicle and told them he will not make his payments and wants to terminate the contract while using profanity and calling them a lair. I talked to the finance company as well and told them that if he is unhappy cancel the sale. He was told to return the vehicle we loaned him and pick up 1000.00 of his money minus 500.00 because we had installed GPS and other expenses. He refused the return the vehicle and continued being unreasonable. He was not threatened but firmly warned that we will report the car to the police and file unauthorized use of vehicle charges if he didn't return the vehicle.We called the police on Wednesday and it took them 2 minute of interaction with the customer to determine he has got some issues and I was told to come to his house and recover the vehicle. At first he was refusing to even give the keys to the police and pacing around being combative.I explained to him in detail that I have no incentive to keep his car in the shop while he is using my other car from my lot. The mechanic show has no incentive to keep his car a minute longer than needed.
