Zoom Rent A Car

I got charged for a toll charge which I am okay with paying but they made me pay an extra $30 service charge.
On January 10 I got a notice about a toll charge I had to pay, but there was also a $30.00 service charge. I think it's fair that I pay the toll charge but I don't think its acceptable that I should pay a service charge when there was no service involved. I already payed the actual rental fee so all the service charges should have already been charged. I had also sent them a email regarding this situation but they had not replied.the rental agreement #: [redacted] and the vehicle plate number : [redacted]
