Zoom Tan advertised one month unlimited UV tans for $but when I got there, I was told that the advertised special was for 5-minute increments, which isn't at all effective I was then told that the 12-minute tanning sessions were $per month unlimited so I hesitantly agreed because I was going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and didn't have another tanning salon near meThen I was told that their tanning beds shut off after minutes so I again I didn't get what was promised Then I was told there was a 2-month minimum but that I could cancel after the 2nd payment was taken from my account I was ultimately charged $for two months A few days after the 2nd payment was taken from my account, I called the corporate office to cancel and they told me I had to personally go into the branch to cancel so I did that same night I signed a form and the attendant typed some things into the computer, and then said I'm all set and that the cancellation was done Now my account has been charged another $and after numerous calls to corporate, they won't refund my money because they conveniently can't find the surveillance camera footage for the night I cancelled and they can't find the form I signed I am now having to dispute the charge through my credit card company This has turned out to be the shadiest company I have ever dealt with

Horrible customer service! Purchased a spray tan for Zoom tan through GrouponI used this voucher at the Bradenton Zoom tan locationI had NO results after the spray tanComplete waste of moneyI was told that they had brand new machines at another location about miles from the other locationI called Zoom Tan corporate to ask for a credit to try the new equipment and told them I had absolutely no tan after my visit days priorI was told that I had to call in a complaint within hrsAnd that was their policyI told them that was completely unrealistic to call after 24hrsI was on vacation with my husband hrs later! They then repeated once again that was their policy and hung up on me! It doesn't end thereAfter them being so rude to me I still really wanted a tan because I have a special event to attendI went on groupon and purchased another spray from Zoom Tan via GrouponI went to the other location on Cortez road and I handed the voucher to the cashier and then I was informed that the voucher had already been usedI bought it the same day and had proof, they still wouldn't honor their own voucher from GrouponThe cashier said there was nothing she could do but charge me full price for the spray! This is bad business and completely unacceptable! I was taken advantage of and I want my money back!!! PS the cashier was the same girl that I delt with in person both times, she even admitted that I had a tan the second time and not the first timeShe also said the machines there at that location were far more superior and brand new

I was then told that the 12-minute tanning sessions were $32.99 per month unlimited so I hesitantly agreed because I was going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and didn't have another tanning salon near me. Then I was told that their tanning beds shut off after 10 minutes so I again I didn't get what was promised. Then I was told there was a 2-month minimum but that I could cancel after the 2nd payment was taken from my account. I was ultimately charged $70.26 for two months. A few days after the 2nd payment was taken from my account, I called the corporate office to cancel and they told me I had to personally go into the branch to cancel so I did that same night. It doesn't end there. After them being so rude to me I still really wanted a tan because I have a special event to attend. I went on groupon and purchased another spray from Zoom Tan via Groupon. I went to the other location on Cortez road and 41. I handed the voucher to the cashier and then I was informed that the voucher had already been used. No person to talk to in customer service, phone prompts you back to website. Sent an email, never heard back.
