So I bought a membership on Monday, I went to tan on my third day and noticed that one side of me gets a lil color and the whole backside gets nothing, it's like they put bad bulbs with decent bulbs, so today my 4th day I go tan and I tell the girl working my radio isn't working, she asked if I pushed the button? I say yes and proceed bc she says there's nothing she can do, I'm now undressed and getting ready to get in the hex and I push that button and nothing happens, so I tell her, she goes push the button, finally the hex lights come on, no radio tho, the lights go on and off, I get out bc I'm unsure of the problem but I do know the hex is not working properly. I get dressed did not get to tan, I walk out and the girl working says have a great day, I'm like it's been 6 minutes from undressing, applying lotion to getting dressed, let's not forget the time trying to get the hex to work, how could she have been so clueless, anyhow I say to her, you do know I didn't get to tan right, she says no, why not? I say "when I told you there was a problem with the hex the first time not the second or third, you should have moved me, all she said was yeah "sorry". So I lose one day of tanning, my time, my lotion I applied that I also bought there, also lost a lot of respect for this location and REALLY don't plan on going back there, also plan on canceling my membership.
Let's not talk about the time before this that they had to refund me like 200 $ bc they couldn't get me a membership but that was on bristol Rd location, they are closed down now!
