I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   (We are asking for a full refund of services that was never completed. After high pressure sales, payment was made before completion of website, and it was never completed. We had to pay out of pocket expenses to hire another firm to complete the site. We are not suing for those incurred charges, but simply a refund of our pre-paid amount of $1,800)
