I purchased iphones from here with the buy one get one free promo on 06/25/I was told by the sales associate that I would get a gift card in the mail in about days from date of purchaseToday, 09/13/I called [redacted] to inquire about the status of my gift card and they said they don't have one for meI called back to this [redacted] store where I purchased the phones and this sales associate told me I should of gotten direction on where to go to apply for the gift cardI asked him for the information so I could attempt to still get the $650! And since it's been over days since I purchased the phones I am no longer eligible

I purchased 2 iphones from here with the buy one get one free promo on 06/25/2016. I was told by the sales associate that I would get a gift card in the mail in about 60 days from date of purchase. Today, 09/13/2016 I called [redacted] to inquire about the status of my gift card and they said they don't have one for me. I called back to this [redacted] store where I purchased the phones and this sales associate told me I should of gotten direction on where to go to apply for the gift card. I asked him for the information so I could attempt to still get the $650! And since it's been over 14 days since I purchased the phones I am no longer eligible.

Review: I got a SKY PHONE from her in good faith the phone would work. I had to come back the next day I tried to explain the phone was not working she tried it on her wifi and said it works. I then called her back and she said I don't know what is wrong with the phone. Then every time after that I would call she getting her hair do or on vacation so her worker was helping me. She even said the phone wasn't working we call H20 and they said the phone wasn't working just get an other phone. I then called Sky phone the company they said just exchange it for another phone. Ok I went back she then hid in the bathroom until she couldn't any longer she came out and said it has been over 30 days I can't do anything with the phone but I have been having trouble since day 1 she never offered to exchange the phone she says her rep don't live here and she only sees him 2 times a month. I also spoke with sky phone and they are unaware of one of their reps selling phones in this area. Seems to me she is buying bogus phones and selling the all a want is a working phone. I am looking into talking to my lawyer but I tried to settle this first and she is unwilling to to talk then I hear she said I was a [redacted] another costumer told me that was in the store told me outside he heard her say that after I left. I paid $247 for the bogus phone I just want my money or another phone. They also need to remember they had a contract with the state phones I know people need them so I won't turn her in for selling or bad phones. The young girl also told her the phone wasn't working. We all heard her say it.Desired Settlement: I just want a good working phone or my money back and also I want people to beware and don't buy phones from her with that attitude and dishonest business
