Review: I bought an large Remote Control Helicopter from Zoom Zoom Toys in a kiosk in [redacted]. Right out of the box the Helicopter did not work. My husband took the front casing off and hooked up the battery. We charged the helicopter for the recommended period of time and it flew one time and now does not get off the ground. Just its propellers and lights work. Tried to return it to the mall and they are no longer there. Tried to get a phone number for the business from my credit card and they do not have a contact number. The man who sold me the [redacted] told me if there was a problem with it I could exchange it or if it was totally destroyed I could buy one for 1/2 price. Come to find out after I purchased the item and found the receipt the receipt says no refund or warranty. So I am out $180 and a helicopter that will not fly.Desired Settlement: Would like a helicopter that works.
