Hello the customer bought the brand new factory unlock international mode [redacted] galaxy sin a seal box on 11months agoWe sold him a international unlock phone because he requested that he need a factory unlock phone so that he can use this phone in different countryThe store policy is for week for the fact that it is a brand new phone and [redacted] gives month warranty but being a international phone it is not covered by USA [redacted] but it is covered by international [redacted] but the problem is the customer rooted the phone which void the warranty of the phone let me explain what is rooting people root there phone so that they can customize the phone the way they want it to which can corrupt the software of the phone people root there phone so that they can download free games and applications which in store you have to pay for and buy it from play store being a store it is no benefit to us to root the phone its just a extr a work for us and as the customer complaint that phone was rooted before he buy the people is as I said we do not have any benefit doing that the customer say that there is no imei number in the phone this is cause due to the rooting of the phone and if we believe what he says that we rooted the phone and we mess around with the imei then how did the phone work for months the fact is the customer use the phone for month and later decided to customize the phone by rooting it which made the imei get effected we sold him a brand new factory unlock international model phone seal in a box and we open the seal of the box in front of the customer so if the phone was sealed when we sold him the phone how will we root the phone and as I said we have no benefit doing that we are a reputed neighborhood store we buy the phone from [redacted] authorized master agent in a seal box and in the same way we gave a seal box to the customer we always open the seal of the box in front o f the customer and show them the phone so that they can inspect the phone before they buy and take it we always try to work out with the customers but in this case the customer void the warrant of the phone by rooting the phone that is why we cannot help himIf you have any other questions you can feel free to contact us on ###-###-#### Jassi manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I still am clueless on how to even root a phone in the first place, and the business is accusing me of doing so when I myself am not experienced much in technology, even less in hacking hardware and softwareThe business refuses to believe this, and might I restate that when I went to ask them about the phone they responded in saying I was crazyAnd even the police believed I didn't root the phone, stating that the idea is far fetched, the policemen were also the ones who STRONGLY urged me to seek help, therefore giving me this websiteAnd as the opening of the box goes, I recall that the phone was in one hand while the box was in the other, and never did I recall them opening it in front of me, I strongly disagree with their argument of them selling me a new phoneFurthermore I already said that the only reason why I even became aware of the phone being rooted was because I called [redacted] and they told me clearly "The phone was sold rooted." Keep in mind they said it out front and told me it was SOLD rootedSo than I asked [redacted] if I could bring the phone to them and they said that they couldn't do anything about it, and to bring the phone to the store to see what they could do about itAnd than that's where the conflict with them began as they said they couldn't do anything about it and insulting me by calling me crazyThank goodness those police gave me this website because if they didn't, I'd still remain helpless, without a voice or a say in anythingThe only thing I ask of the store is for them to at least try to fix the phone or to give me one they are actually able to call new and to not lie and say that they opened it in front of meI only want to know if they can help me or not?
