American barn crafters contracted to build our barn [redacted] pulled crews off barn and did not finish barn.did not return funds We contracted to Build a barn with [redacted] or American Barn Crafter we provided $on contract signing on Feb and another payment of $ due on shipment of materials The check for 51k was cashed on march XX XXXXestimated a $of wood materials , Poles and Framing Lumber arrivedthis was far short or materials needed to complete the barn It took over month to have poles in the ground and rafters built the quality of work was substandardWe requested [redacted] to come to the site several times [redacted] Never came to the site near April I received a call from the Forman on the crew he advised that he was told to stop working At this point all work ceaseda couple months later We hired another crew who deconstructed the existing barn down to the poles and began work on the barn, I would not recomm

Contractor paid all but $on the project and pulled out costing us an additional $65,to complete the project Contract signed on April 22, Three payments made totaling $164,of the $182,owedTo be included in the contract price of $182,300.00, was the Kitchen Cabinets and appliances, $10,600, Doors, Windows and Hardware, $6,270.00, Bathrooms 3060.00,and Lighting $We paid for the Kitchen, Hardware, Bathrooms, Fireplace, and Lighting There were numerous delays in the project due to shoddy work requirng things to be done overWe were told on numerous occassions things had been completedLiving out of state, we requested our neighbor to video taped the house clearly showing those items had not completed and had several reports that workers were not on our project sometimes for numerous consecutive days On April 24, we called [redacted] , as we could not get any of the workers on the job to answer callsWe contacted Mr [redacted]

Barn was built in February and I'm still waiting for builder to complete punch out list While the builders were packing up in February 2016, I requested with the building supervisor, ***, to go over the punch out list He said don't worry the crew would be back and take care of everything next week He also informed me how important the punch out list is to [redacted] and [redacted] would be sure to want it completed I never saw [redacted] and his crew again I have tried to get in touch with [redacted] (project manager), [redacted] (owner) and even [redacted] (building supervisor) I have attempted calling, texting, e:mailing and even had a lawyer send a letterI still have yet to have my contract completed Sometimes when I attempted to contact either of them, [redacted] or [redacted] would answer and [redacted] flat out told me that [redacted] forbade him to talk to me (FYI, I was informed that [redacted] was fired due to personal issues that affected his work habits and quality of work.) Did not honor contract for barn I paid 90% of cost of barn and hw did not complete construction or deliver all materials paid for
