I was told by [redacted] that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours, that was well over two days ago. I was given a ticket number XXXXX.Desired SettlementEither my system needs to be made functional or I need a refund on both of my devices.Business Response /[redacted]/The service associated with this Customer's Zoombak devices was suspended on 7/9/2013 due to non-payment. The customer contacted our Customer Care Center to update payment information on 11/8/2013. Our representative recommended that the device be fully charged, powered on and within clear view of the sky in order to complete the restoration of service. If the device is unable to connect to our network, the device will not complete the reactivation process. Between November 12th and November 20th, the Customer communicated with our Representatives via phone and email several times. Our Representatives have advised the Customer that our system shows the device is powered off. The Customer explained this device is installed in his vehicle via the auto installation kit. Our Representatives advised the Customer that he will need to remove the device from the power bracket in order to press the bower button because the bracket covers the power button. This does not require completely uninstalling the kit/wiring. The Customer refused to remove the device from the car to power it on and on 11/18/2013 he requested to speak with a Supervisor. A Supervisor contacted the Customer on 11/20/2013 at 10:38am ET and reiterated that the device needed to be removed from the power bracket and powered on in order to complete the restoration of service. We have had no contact with the Customer since this conversation. Once the device is powered on, charged and in clear view of the sky, the reactivation process should complete automatically. If it doesn't, we are happy to assist. As much as we would like to assist this Customer, we are unable to do so as long as the device remains powered off.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/ the response from company is BOGUS I restarted my zoombak device SEVERAL times as requested. NO SUPERVISOR ever called on that date and spoke with me. Their response is not accurate at all. NO SUPERVISOR EVER CONTACTED ME. This is FALSE.fix my service or refund my money. I have done everything instructed to do over and over again.The non-payment issue was from a credit card expiring, furthermore when my card expired zoombak suspended both devices one being paid in full for the year.If we cannot come to a resolution I will do my best to go on any review site about your product and let any potential customer know exactly how zoombak conducts business. Very unprofessional to claim a supervisor contacted me when this NEVER occurred. Final Business Response /[redacted]/A Supervisor spoke with the Customer on December 23, 2013. The Customer accepted an offer of replacement devices with a one month service credit on each device. The service credits were issued on December 23, 2013. The replacement devices were delivered to the Customer on December 27, 2013.
