We have reached out to this patient and addressed their concernsWe discussed self-pay and insured pricing to provide context for the discrepancy around pricingWe also discussed how a visit may lead to a referral as the best course of treatmentDue to the confusion and miscommunication, we
agreed to refund the patient what they paid for their visitThe patient was satisfied with this resolution
