Finally got Airplane mode fixed
A grade B computer came in good shape got the WiFi working otherwise NO problems. It's a Dell 7440 with Windows Pro 64 not. Working great. Thank you

Computer case in good shape
Computer came in grade B condition the only issue is cannot get the AIRPLANE to turn off tried everything to get it off so I can use WiFi. Currently using wired to router.otherwise im happy it's a dell 7440 with windows 10 pro.

I bought a refurbished computer from Walmart it arrived and works real good so far but I cannot get the camera to work on it

Wal-Mart needs to vet their sellers better...
I bought a Dell laptop from them... it came. It was dirty (very) and after charging 24 hours, didn't start up. Am I angry? Yep. I reached out to Wal-Mart, because trying to get to them was very difficult. I'm also angry at Wal-Mart because they are allowing this shady company to do business on their site. This has caused me to not trust 3rd party sellers on Wal-Mart or any other site. NOTE: ZoomUsa did reach out, with an "upgrade". Not sure if I should take it.

Bad Company and customer service.
I ordered a laptop from them so I could use it in the college classroom environment. The first time my product was shipped to me it would not turn on, and when it did it was windows 7 which is not longer supported on Microsoft. so we sent it back. the second time it came with the wrong charger and it glitches every so often. sent back the charger and kept the computer but made them aware of what it was doing. now it glitches do badly that I cant use it because there is a cord or wire that connects the monitor or the screen to the motherboard inside the computer. and the wire was loose so now we are asking to sent it back again and then on top of all that my mother is helping me deal with this and the customer service team is speaking to her in an unkind way in all caps like she is stupid like this; "YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE RMA FORM AND THE PARERWORK THEN SEND IT BACK" which seems disrespectful and unprofessional to me and both parties are equally frustrated. I'm not trying to make them give an arm and a leg I am just trying to get a computer that works! cause I need it for my classes.

Embarrasses me
A lot of times I accidently touch the space button on my computer and it unmutes me which I don't like because if I say something everyone will hear it and I literally cry after class because I'm a very shy person and I'm am so angry because of it so I would like Zoom to change the setting or tell me if I can change it but I dislike it very much.

Wow. I can't believe I fell for this low price laptop m Because that's exactly what I got. It isn't even the one I ordered. Come on man. The power adapter is defective. So I can't even get this alternate piece to power on. Real nice ZoomUsa. Real nice. SMH. I SURE WISH I'D HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS. JEESH.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy anything from Zoomusa!

I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude 6400 from Kmart with Zoomusa as the 3rd party seller. It only had a 32 bit operating system. Not acceptable! I have owned two Dell Latitude 6400. Each of them with 64 bit operating system. So, I needed 64 bit. I found out the hard way after I received the item that it had 32 bit. NOWHERE in the product description of this item does it say it has a 32 bit operating system. I tried calling Zoomusa. You can't get through on the phone. So I emailed them and told them I needed a computer right away and this one is unacceptable and wanted to return it. I did not get an email back from them until it was too late, and I already had bought another one. Never heard from Zoomusa again when asking for them to assist me with the return. So, I notified my credit card of the dispute. If I still hear nothing after reasonable time, I will file complaint with Revdex.com and Attorney General of Indiana. This most annoying situation came at a time when my son got injured requiring surgery. I DID NOT NEED THIS AT ALL! Thanks for NOTHING, Zoomusa.

Finally, after more than 3 weeks of dispute, Kmart stepped in and provided me with a shipping label. If Zoomusa doesn't refund my money, Discover bank will be after them and I will also report them to the Attorney General.

Brought Dell Laptop through Sears.com as a Christmas Gift for my 16yr. old grand-daughter. The box was never opened until Christmas morning by her. Once she charged the Lap top up she complained the keyboard was not working. I attempted to contact Zoomusa but received a voice recording stating due to holidays the best way to reach them was by email. I attempted to go through the email web site, which was unsuccessful. I contacted Searc.com on December 26, and Dec 28, and was told I would received an email with instructions on how to return laptop for refund within 48 hours. Never received instructions. Was told I could take Laptop back to any Sears store. This also was incorrect. What a mess. This problem is still not corrected. Spoke with Sears customer service, no help at all. Now today January 3, 2018 they are saying it is pass 30 days for electronics. This Item was delivered on November 21 It was Opened December 25. The box came with a paper saying Holiday return dates extended.

This company only sells junk refurbished Mac Books, first one I received was non-working because had a password. ZoomUSA gave me several to try and non worked. Finally after many e-mails and contacting Sears they me a paid return form. It took forever it seemed but I finally got a replacement. I works when plugged in but will not hold a charge. I immediately contacted customer service for Zoom USA and they responded with explain problem. I sent another stating what the problem was and have not heard anything. Sears contacted them and they said I didn't respond but I did. Since the first MacBook was received I have sent around 15 emails and no response on the last one that does not work. I guess now they say it is past 30 days. Well duh- it's because they did not respond to my many e-mails. DO NOT BUY FROM ZOOMUSA.

Review: I purchased 2 Thinkpad computers, and upon receiving them, noticed both of them were damaged...one has missing key..fell off immediately...these computers are not at all what is needed for my children's homeschool. They were shipped out to me July [redacted] and received around the [redacted] of July. They constantly glitch up, as my daughter says, won't hook up to wifi. I have contacted these people they say pull battery out and try that, etc...well now my son's computer is completely blacked out..won't come on at all. I don't know what we are gonna do...We can't afford anything else,and homeschool starts the [redacted] or [redacted]. I believe they knew what they were selling and that they take advantage and now that I see on Revdex.com they have an F rating I do understand how. My children need a computer for homeschool soon and I don't know what to do. Can you please help me?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of both of these computers and I will not ever buy from them or recommend them to anyone. Please help!

Review: Through [redacted]' website, I purchased a refurbished laptop. Fully understanding the terminology "refurbished," I anticipated at least receiving equipment that would actually turn on. It arrived at my home on September *, 2014 and I returned it to them on September *, 2014. ZoomUSA received it back on September * (signed by [redacted]). Many e-mail communications later along with [redacted] escalation of the complaint, this vendor refuses to follow through and give refund. They don't answer calls. When responding, they keep pushing the refund turnaround time further back. This company is fully unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my moneys immediately refunded on the card on file.

Review: Husband bought an Laptop Pc on sears web site from Zoom USA Market Place.On May **/13 Received it on 6/*/15.It said refurbished and was 100% gurantee.It was found to be corrupted thur an tech and did not work within a week,No return papers was with it,It took 2 weeks to get a whole of some one,We sent it back by the [redacted], and payed for shipping.it had an 2 month warenty they received it on July *.Was told repeatly that we would be reinbused for it by several mangers ,over and over,the charges was reversed and then on the [redacted] of August,they claim they did not have it,We have the mailing receipt and confirnation number when it arrived,and they are still refusing and refund any money.The ad was misleading and they were rude to say the least in handling the problem. Review: I purchased a refurbished lap top from [redacted] on 4/**. The company filling the order was Zoom USA. When I rerceived the lap-top it turned on inorder for me to set it up. The next day it would turn on but the screen was dark and I couldn't see anything. I called "[redacted]" at the phone number listed on the packing list. He had me try a few things and told me to call back. I called back several times and received voice mail. I never received call backs. Finally I sent an email to request an RMA number. Again....no returned call. FINALLY [redacted] picked up the phone and sent an RMA to my work email. I packaged the lap-top up on 5/** and sent it back at "MY Expense"! Fed-Ex sent me an email when it was delivered and who signed for it. That was on 5/**. I called on June * to see what was going on...again "[redacted]" said I will look into and call you back....No call back. I called him on 6/* and he said it had been repaired and was shipping that day and ga ve me a PRO/tracking number. It was delivered today and there is a note attached: PASSED ALL TESTS>>BOOTS into windows!....GREAT...but the screen is "DARK" and I still cannot see the screen!!! They did nothing. They even returned it in the same box I sent.Desired Settlement: I want my money back if not from Zoom USA then from[redacted]!

Review: We bought a laptop and when we received it the battery would not charge. The company had written in the guarantee that they were not liable for the battery it came with. We bought a new battery and it still will not charge. We have emailed zoomusa 3 times about the problem and they have not answered us. The laptop has a 30 day guarantee. We emailed them on January ** and again on the ** and **.

My order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, I do not want a replacement because I do not want to have to go through this again if something is wrong with it. I also do not like their business practices. Their website says "excellent customer service" which is not the case at all.

Review: I ordered a refurbished laptop through Sears website from zoomusa. It looked fine when I received it but the only paperwork was a paper talking about how important customer service is to them and not to worry about the outside of the machine because they worked hard on the inside. It had no phone number, address or contact information. I found an email address for them at Sears website and received an automated response to my email saying I would hear something in 48 hours. 4 days have passed with nothing. The laptop could not stay online for 5 minutes without going to the blue screen of death and rebooting. After trying 200+ updates to the system it is still crashing and struggling. Sears has not answered emails either.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this piece of junk and get my money back.

Review: I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop which was sold through ZoomUSA and I received it the last week of Feb. I used the laptop for about 3 or 4 hours and it quit working. I contacted ZoomUSA and they emailed me an RMS form to fill out and send it back to be fixed. I mailed it back to them on Feb. [redacted] and then I called a week later to find out if they fixed it yet and they were suppose to call me back, which they didn't. I then tried calling back several more times where nobody even answered meand I left a voicemail message and still no results.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the laptop back fixed or I want a full refund.
