I moved to Missoula, Montana about 1 month ago. I searched for a good real estate agent on website and met [redacted]. She was much better realtor than I expected. I could easily know why she is the top realtor in Missoula. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. For example, whenever I sent an e-mail, she responded within several minutes. She was always willing to help me. She is extremely active, positive, and professional. Thanks to her, I could purchase my house within 1 month. I strongly recommend her to anybody who is searching for a sincere, honest, reliable real estate agent!

[redacted] helped us find our home a few years ago. We were moving to MT from out of state and she dedicated all the time that we needed during our short trip to look for houses. She provided us with a fantastic experience and if/when we buy another house, there is no doubt that she'll be our realtor again.

I've been looking for a house to buy in Missoula for over a year. I was pretty picky in what I was looking for and ended up looking at quite a lot of properties with [redacted]. Came close to buying some a few times with accepted Purchase and Sale Agreements. After the inspections I got cold feet and backed out of the deals. [redacted] stuck with me throughout the whole process when at times I felt I was high maintenance. I really appreciated this about her, I never felt pressured to buy something. She offered her professional advice but ultimately wanted me to feel great about my purchase. I did finally find a home that met my needs at a price I'm happy with. [redacted] will work hard for you to find exactly what you are looking for and all the while in friendly company. She was excellent at her job and flexible to work with. I trust her and highly recommend her.

I'm not a fan of real estate agents in general but Zootown changed that opinion. [redacted]'s business model and approach are exactly what I wanted when we bought our Montana home. She was great AND authentic.
The fact that she doesn't take listings and only gets paid when her buyer's deals are successful speaks to her integrity.

She recommended getting pre-approved for a loan and walked me through what to expect once I found a house. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted in a house.
