On December 5th, 2017 I placed an order for The *** for $24.99 Order #XXXXX.
I never received it.
I have emailed numerous times over the last year where they promise to remedy this and send it out immediately but they never do. I have asked for a refund which they said they cannot do but will send it out again ASAP.
I just tried to email them again and the email bounced back saying unable to deliver.

I placed an order with Zootzi from an ad on *** on Nov. 19, 2018...The next day, I emailed and said I had changed my mind...Please cancel order...They replied via email that my reason for cancelling was NOT A VALID REASON... Nov. 20 they debited my checking account in two amounts $usd35.53 and $usd0.32...sequence#XXXXXXXXXX.... I have emailed them Nov 20, 27, 29, Dec 6, 8, 9, and 17....they send back "automated responses" they haven't delivered the product, I DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT...and I want a refund. My bank has said that because it was a debit transaction they can't do anything!! ***...HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK??

I bought 2 separate items from Zootzi back in March. It is now July and I still have not gotten my items or a refund. I just keep getting run around emails from the company about how they have no control over the shipping times (really... 4 months? BS) and will not issue refunds.
This company is doing nothing but stealing from customers!

I have continuously asked for a refund each time they tell me it will be processed and I'll get a separate email confirming it. An email never comes. I am tired of requesting refunds from a product I purchased that I never even received. If they still have their product then I need my money back.

. I ordered 2 items off Zootzi. I noticed it was not shipped and contacted them. They told me they did not have the items and to pick something else off the website. I asked for a refund but they insisted I pick some other product that I do not even want off the website.

I made the mistake of purchasing a salad bowl from Zottzi. Not only is this a worthless piece of plastic that does not perform as described, it took nearly 6 weeks for the item to arrive. Upon taking it out the package, I was immediately struck with how small it was and knew that my money was not well spent. There began my quest to return the item for a refund. After 4 email requests for instructions as to how to return the product, I was eventually given an address in Canada. Then I discovered that the cheapest international postage to return the item will cost me $16.00! That is outrageous. The company has told me repeatedly that the only way I can get my refund is to return the product. After doing some research, I discovered that "Zootzi" is actually owned by an American company, "***", based in Colorado. When I asked if I could send the return package there, I was simply told "no".

This company has now give me the run around for products orderded the year prior. I have asked a multitude of times for contact info or a tracking number for my products. None have been delivered

I ordered an *** Salad Mixer for $16.99 from Zootzi after seeing the item on ***. I received it on 4/6/2018. It is defective and very poor quality. It certainly was not worth $16.99.
I emailed the company to see what could be done. The reply from ***, Zootzi Customer Care, asked me for a picture of the product so I sent one.
Then I was asked to send a video so they could decide if the Salad Mixer was defective. I replied I didn't have the resources to make a video. The reply came back telling me to have a friend or family member make a video for me.
I replied I was tired of the run-around and to not bother me any more and I will consider it a lesson learned about dealing with them.
A reply came back again asking me for a video. I replied that they are not to contact me again or I would consider it ***
Reply came back saying they would not leave me alone and that I need to cooperate and send them a video. I replied I am tired of being badgered and am elevating this matter.
All of this happened in the last six days. How do I get them to leave me alone? I have all the emails if needed. The above replies are shortened. The full emails from Zootzi are *** and very insistent.

I placed a order with ZOOTZI to purchase the *** online 12/25/2017. The company have gave me all kind of excuses why they can't and now won't send me my order.I asked them to either supply a tracking number or refund my money.Now they won't respond to my emails at all.I decided to involve the Revdex.com.

Ordered a snuggle pillow and received it and it was shorter than their measurements, asked for a refund and they will only offer 50% off. I have no use for this pillow and I would like my money back. The picture on website shows a full size adult laying in pillow. The pillow I received will fit a small child.

Ordered a body pillow and 2 cans of putty from Zootzi on November 27, 2017. Putty arrived in December, however, I received an email on December 19, 2017 stating they were back ordered. *** I sent an email on March 10, 2018 asking for refund and received no response.

I sent an email on March 10, 2018 asking for refund of price for pillow which was ordered on November 27, 2017. I have not received any response. I checked my spam mail and did not see anything from Zootzi in there either.

Purchased cloth, fold down crates, ***. $79.95 debited by Zootzi on Dec 30, 2017. When I contacted them after 8 weeks, they said they are running behind. and now they have replied, we must have misplaced your order, will try to send in 1-3 wks. I asked for a refund. On 12/5/2017 I ordered a large body pillow from Zootzi online. It cost $59.99 and the *** card I used was charged $59.99 on 12/ 5/2017. The promised delivery date was 4-6 weeks from that date. I contacted Zootzi by email on 02/23/18 and on 03/07/18 saying that I have not received my order and both times I received a prompt reply saying that they are very sorry. The first response from ZootZi ***, on 2/23/18 said that there appeared to be a mix up with shipment. She said she would sort this out for me and that she could have my shipment sent via Expedited Standard ay no additional cost to me. Then she added Please let me know how you would like me to proceed. I said I wanted her to ship it.
The second time I emailed March 7, 2018 she said she had not got ten a confirmation from me on 2/23/28. I HAD replied to her email with the reply button on her email. She then added on 3/7 Please confirm if you are willing to wait. I replied that I was willing to wait but asked how long? There has been no response.

I purchased a pillow as a gift for a family member back in December of 2017. It has not yet been delivered, I have 6 e-mail from them telling me it has shipped but each was a lie and still no pillow

On January 7th, I ordered the Supreme Pillow for $59.99 after viewing photos online of an adult using the pillow in a variety of ways. I received the pillow in a timely fashion but the size was much smaller than depicted in the photos. when I contacted the Zootzi with my concern, they offered to give me a refund if I paid to ship it back to Canada. I refused to pay return shipping for an item that is clearly inferior to what they advertised. The next option given was to for me to keep the item and get a 30% refund, which I refused as well. In the end, I *** agreed to a 50% refund.

I would like a full refund and for them to pay for return shipping due to false advertising and/or an inferior product.

I ordered a body pillow from Zootzi.com. I order it prior to Christmas 2017. Months went by and I never received the pillow. I sent an email that said there had been a mix up in shipping and that it would be expedited to me at no additional charge. The product again was not delivered. I emailed again. I received the same reply as before ***.

Ordered product on January 26th 2018, ORDER ***. Quoted 2 to 5 business days to process. Have not received the item still and it has not been shipped. Made contact with company many times to rectify the problem with no success.

Refund at the least *** for their dishonest business practices. They are *** not sending any product.

I purchased this item in December 13. It is now February. I have contacted them via email several times and they say that they are going to look into it and that it is on its way and that is all. I get nothing but a round around which is frustrating. At this stage I think Iwould just prefer to have my money back

HOnestly I should get the product and a refund for their *** treatment but at this point a refund will work.
