Zorba's Pizzeria Tavern

Complaint[redacted] hung up on me after I complained about the portion of my order.This complaint is Zorba's at [redacted] Rd, [redacted] MA NOT the one in [redacted], MA. I ordered a [redacted] scallop plate that was delivered to my workplace. Upon receiving my food I saw there were only 9 small sea scallops in my container. I called Zorba's to have them send the delivery person back to my workplace and exchange it back for my money. The [redacted]- [redacted] told me she will not send anyone back then hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and for the [redacted] of a business to treat a customer like that is absolutely absurd. My company does a lot of business with the establishment and for any of us to be treated like that is a real shame.Desired SettlementI want my money back and a written apology from the [redacted] of Zorba's for the way she treated me. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this restaurant along with my company and it will certainly be the last after the way this [redacted] treated me.
