Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did not review paperwork as he was in a hurry to meet someone else he never went over the balance just said payment schedule was already set. I agreed to sign to help [redacted] I never harass or o Bail Bonds they called me constantly asking where he was saying he was tampering with ankle monitor. When first payment came to [redacted] told me he was getting paid and would take it to them when not done they called me again being rude and nasty so I snapped and told [redacted] nothing was explained as what was due or when so I wanted it where it would work for me. So she finally agreed and at that time said $1,000 was due on the bond. The only time I asked for the location is when they made me go to a hotel to find him because it wasn't their job. He wasn't there so I called and said not here where is he now so I can tell him to call you. I was told by [redacted] that he was driving I will call you back in 5 minutes. No call came so I called [redacted] 10 minutes later he called [redacted] and text me back saying that [redacted] was driving and would call me back shortly finally an hour after two calls to [redacted] and one or two to [redacted], [redacted] finally called back saying he is at such-and-such address but I don't need to go they talked to him a little bit ago. So I called [redacted] back because [redacted]'s phone was disconnected I had no way to reach him and requested if they want me to do their job and chase him down to tell him I have to have a number to reach , they finally agreed and told him I have to have a working number for him at all times. When it came time to sign the bond paperwork in the beginning I just went to work for another office for the same company I have been working for for the previous three years. I had not yet done any jobs and told this to [redacted] when we talked about paperwork. I gave him the number to call and verify my employment it is not my fault he didn't cuz he was too busy talking to [redacted] and [redacted]. I was not once confronted by the company asking about my employment or anything to that sort nor did I become enraged at any time. I said I would contact the Revdex.com once I got over being called stupid and getting a statement for $1,900 when I was told only $1,000 was left to pay. When I contacted them to proceed they proceeded to scream and say that they won't talk to me on this matter because I am too stupid and slam the phone down in my ear.  They had called me multiple times saying that [redacted] had was tampering with the Monitor and asked me to check while he was on the phone I did check there was no evidence of tampering. The first time they accused the tampering he was working on the truck and I was right there with him, the second time he was in the shower talking to me so not sure how you would tamper with something inside the shower, the third time he was working on the truck again when I looked out he was laying across the engine where he had been for the last half an hour so how is he tampering with it doing that. Not once did I call asking for his location because for the most part he would always tell me where he was even if he was with [redacted] and he knew I don't like it but I can pull statements from [redacted] or you guys can request them from [redacted] to see  how often I called them and the hours that I called them. If you need the statements please let me know and I will get them to get them to you. I have also shared this statement with the other two previous bondholders on [redacted] and they will possibly be contacting you in regards to this as well to let you know that the statements made about them were not true or were they were falsified.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
