Review: I called Zotos International on December 23, 2014 in regards to their [redacted] permanent hair color in the color [redacted]. I originally purchased 13 boxes of the color from [redacted] Supply. I purchased the color to die my natural hair as well as some hair extensions. The color is supposed to be permanent, and they even have non-permanent alternatives. I purchased the permanent color and dyed my hair extensions only for copious amounts of the blue color to wash out of the hair when washed. I called in to customer service and explained my issue. The representative told me that the color was a "fantasy" color and that the blue washes out. I explained to her that permanent hair color is never supposed to wash out, and that if I wanted the color to wash out I could have simply gotten the demi- or semi-permanent alternative. She told me my original hair color would soon return. I asked for a customer service manager. At that point, she became extremely rude. She had told me the manager was in, only for me to reach her voicemail when she transferred me. I called back, and the same rep picked up. I asked her if there was a live manager available, and that I did not want to leave a messages, and I don't even know who the message is for because the person does not mention their name in their voicemail. The rep hung up the phone on me. I called back, and the same rep answered, and I asked for her name. She hung up the phone. I called back. The same rep answered, and I said to her, "How many times are you going to hang up the phone in my face?" The rep hung up again. I called the headquarters front desk, and the operator answered. I asked for her name, because I was not sure if it was the woman I had been speaking with previously because they sounded similar. She nastily refused to give me her name. I asked for the name of the hotline supervisor and she told me [redacted]. I asked for the name of the [redacted] and she said,[redacted] was the[redacted]. I asked if I could be transferred, and she told me she could transfer me to his secretary,[redacted]. The phone just rang, and finally the operator picked back up and said, "You know its the Holidays so none of these people are in". I told her that was both rude and unnecessary and that her job as the operator is to transfer, not be rude and tell me why people are not in. At this point, I had enough of the rude customer service I had been receiving. I left a voicemail with [redacted], and am awaiting a response from her. If I do not hear back from the company I will contact [redacted] and make an official request for them to remove the Zotos International [redacted] products from their stores because the products falsely advertise, and the company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will also share this information with my 724,000[redacted] followers and the 234,235 followers on my hair blog.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of money I paid in purchasing what I thought was permanent hair color. I would also like an apology for the way I was treated by the incredibly rude customer service staff.
