I treated and contracted with [redacted] for Bed Bugs I treated only times when the contract says I need to treat at least times and more than likely or times as bad as they were infested Mrs [redacted] was upset I couldn't get out there Sept 2nd but I got out there Sept 4th, the second time I treated I tried calling Sept 15th but couldn't get an answer They then wouldn't let me come out for the 3rd treatment and even offered free one year of pest control They still refused They called Home Advisor and said they would accept my company to come out but it would have to be someone else to treat besides me I agreed So on Monthe 21st of Sept at 2:pm Mr [redacted] texted me and said his wife is to sick for me to spray On Oct 1st I offered to come out Oct 5th Monand Mrs [redacted] said ok and thanked me Then I asked her since I followed up could she take the complaint off Home Advisor She said she would take to comments off On the day of Oct 5th she texted me and said they were moving and didn't want me to treat the house Then I offered to treat the new house and they refused I feel I have done everything to get rid of their bed bugs but they wont let me do the full treatment.I am requesting Mediation to help resolve this issue.Sincerely, [redacted]
