Review: I have received several credit card offers and now a $167,400 check made out to the Bakersfield Art Association and at my home address, not the address of the organization. Also I have been told I am going to receive money that I deserve "due to the business receipts I already qualify for". I have no association at this address with the association mentioned and am certainly not in receipts of any money from them. In addition to the misrepresentation of the credit cards and the check, the name on the" credit card" and now at the address on the letter enclosing the $167,400 check was misspelled. How could this happen? I was president of a nonprofit art association 5 years ago. I have never used my personal address as the address of the BAA. How could they assume my "business receipts already qualify me for up to $250,000? I don't have any business receipts.Desired Settlement: I called the Z&R Funding organization and complained. This is the third time they have contacted me. First with a letter and then a so called "credit card" and now with a check to an associaition I am no longer president of. Stop contacting me.

The customer called us yesterday for the first time stating she received a check in the mail from us for a non-profit business she no longer is associated with, I advised her it was a marketing tool and to email me over her info so I can have her removed from the list. She continued on to advise me that her personal/business info is listed incorrectly with [redacted] and requested assistance in correcting her listing which I advised our company would have no part of and to try to email a [redacted] help desk to resolve her other issues. I received her email with address this morning and forwarded it to the appropriate parties to have her removed from the mailing list, however in the customers complaint she claimed she received several credit card offers which are most definitely not from our company as we have nothing to do with credit cards and are strictly a funding company. The merchant has been removed from the list and will not be contacted again.

Review: This company keeps calling my house and does not leave a message. Tried calling them back but there is no answer. I am not a business owner and have no need for their services yet today in a matter of 1 hour, they called my house 5 times so far!Desired Settlement: Have them stop calling!

To Whom it May Concern:

Just wanted to inform you of the steps taken to resolve this issue. Once the complaint was received we tried to contact the customer to verify the phone number which was called so it could be removed from our calling list however, we received no response from the customer. Our calling lists have also been updated to verify it is just business contact numbers for our representatives to be calling for leads.
