We received a letter that[redacted] filed a complaint for...
not
receiving a receipt with his purchase. We called to follow up and offer
him a receipt; however, he declined as he no longer needs it. One was
provided when the item shipped; however, since a dealer receives the
shipment, it was somehow lost before he took delivery. We believe the
issue is resolved and the customer is now satisfied.
