Review: I received an automated telephone solicitation on 30 May 2013 (my telephone caller ID indicated the automated call came from the following telephone number: ###-###-####). That solicitation instructed me to telephone ###-###-#### to learn how I could purchase and start a marketing business. I telephoned that number and listened to an automated business opportunity presentation. At the end of that automated presentation, I telephoned a man who identified himself as Karl-Eric [redacted] (I telephoned him at ###-###-####). I decided to purchase a marketing business from him. On Thursday, 30 May 2013, I mailed Mr. [redacted] a cashiers check for $500. On Tuesday, 4 June 2013, Mr. [redacted] contacted me by e-mail and stated he received the $500 cashiers check. However, I have NOT receive the business I purchased. I received no physical or electronic evidence that I purchased a business from Mr. [redacted]. He is not returning my telephone calls. I want the following resolution: Mr. [redacted] refunds my $500.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund my $500; I want him so send me a $500 cashier's check to via Federal Express!
