Z's Auto and Muffler

Review: I hired [redacted] to repair my power steering as I was experiencing vibration and tightness in the wheel. He charged me $469 for parts and labor. I had to take my car back to his shop because I still experiencing some vibration in my power steering. After inspecting my vehicle, he mentions to my husband and I that additional work had to be done (note: power steering was the ONLY trouble we were experiencing). The total amount for parts and labor came out to be $975. Two weeks later, the left passenger side wheel begins to make a tremendously loud clacking sound and the vibration of my car worsened. My husband called [redacted] and explained the issues he said he could see our car until later in the week. We couldn't wait that long so we took it to the dealership where we purchased my vehicle. They corrected his mistakes and made me aware of the dangers my children and I were in if we had not fixed the car sooner. I have receipts of the work [redacted] @ Z's auto shop did on my car and receipts along with an explanation of the work they had to repair due to [redacted] error.Desired Settlement: [redacted] receipt's: 1.) $469.00- Parts/labor for power steering pump/adjust tension pulley; 2.) $975.00- removal/install all 4 rotors, remove all 4 break calipers & repress piston, remove/install front/rear break pads, flush/ calibrate breaking system & lines, remove low & high pressure power steering lines/repair (re-crimp both lines), re-install both low/high pressure power steering lines, remove/install both driver/passenger side CV joint axcels, and wheel alignment.

[redacted] dealership total cost to repair his damage: $3000.00 <--I have receipts and detailed explanation of the work gone wrong.
