COSMETIC • GENERAL DENTISTRY [redacted] , CA Pa ###-###-#### PAX ###-###-#### WWW7SCC E- ' [redacted] October 23, [redacted] was seen in our office for the first time on 1-9-All we did on this visit was a full mouth of x-rays and a comprehensive examFor Dr [redacted] to be able to do a full thorough exam she did have to use water syringe to blow air out so she could dry the tooth to make sure all saliva was removed and she could diagnose any cavities if presentDr [redacted] found several deep cavities which some teeth would need to be extracted and several crowns are needed as wellPatient does have periodontics also so a deep cleaning was recommended to try to restore gums to a healthy statusPatient schedule an appointment for 1-25-to start on his deep cleaning but he fail to show to this appointmentOur office does have a 48hr business cancellation policy of $per hourSince patient did not show up to his appointment he was charge $There was several statements send to him but patient never responded to any of them for months until 9-7-since he had received a final statement letting him know if he did not take care of his balance his account would be turn over to collectionsPatient did call me on 9-7-to find out why we were charging him $and after spending more than minutes on the phone with him explaining it to him [redacted] became very rude on the phoneHe did not agree with our 48hr fail to show policy which he did sing when I was first seen in our office as a patient, we also have a sing in our reception area stating our policy [redacted] keep on saying that Dr [redacted] was to rough with him since he did not see the reason why she had to use the water syringe to spray water and air on his teethI when over all of that with him but he was just not trying to listen to any of my reasonsTowards the end of our conversion he was talking about how he felt that Dr [redacted] should compensate him for the damage he feels that we caused him in our office which does not make any sense since all we did was x-rays and examIt sounds like he is just trying to get some money from us to pay for his dental treatment which he does need a lot ofHis gums are not in good condition at all that's why he needs a deep cleaning and several teeth need to be worked onI see on the letter that he wrote to the Revdex.com that he had looked up Dr [redacted] license number and that her RDA license was expired which it is since she used to be an RDA a long time ago before she became a DentistHer current Dentist License is up to date as you would be able to seeSo I am not quite sure why he wanted to bring that up in his letterWe did nothing wrong to this patient and would like this complain to be removedIf you have any questions or if there is anything else that you may need please give me a call at ###-###-#### [redacted] Office Manager

Since patient did not show up to his appointment he was charge $75.00. His gums are not in good condition at all that's why he needs a deep cleaning and several teeth need to be worked on. I see on the letter that he wrote to the Revdex.com that he had looked up Dr. [redacted] license number and that her RDA license was expired which it is since she used to be an RDA a long time ago before she became a Dentist. Her current Dentist License is up to date as you would be able to see. So I am not quite sure why he wanted to bring that up in his letter. We did nothing wrong to this patient and would like this complain to be removed.
