·         The tree in question is not [redacted]...

tree but belongs to her neighbor on [redacted]
·         The warranty for the tree was provided once already last June 2014. A replacement tree was provided at that time. Zscape does not have an unlimited warranty
·         Any warranty for tree would belong to the management company Stevens Management company which currently handles management of Trebisky and is in arrears for work performed at Trebisky under contract.
·         An agreement to satisfy [redacted]’s Neighbors tree request again is tentatively in place with the management company pending resolution of this complaint.
Once again warranty was provided for the tree in question already. [redacted] has no claim to any warranty for tree as it is not even hers. A tentative agreement is in place with management company is in place.
