directly by D A NETWORK regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

One of their employees called me and was walking me through many steps on my computer for what he said had to be done in order to refund my money. I was uncomfortable going through these steps as I was afraid they would do something to my computer ( I am not too computer savey). I couldn't see any reason they had to do anything to my computer in order to refund my money. They said that my computer was corrupted which would be an indication that I was no longer set up with their program (as their program was said to make sure my computer was free from virus' or corruption). I ended the conversation just asking for a refund and hung up. To date I have not received the refund he said I would receive.

Review: I agreed to a 2 year technical support service with D A NETWORK in June of 2014. In August, I called them to cancel this service and refund whatever balance was available to me. I was told it would take several weeks for this to happen. I waited, called back a second time, now it was October, and was told the same thing - my refund was being processed and would take a little longer for me to receive it. Called back a third, forth and fifth time and was hung up on. I believe this company is a scam and would like whatever action that can be taken against them. I was told they would have to keep $50.00 of the $180.00 I paid them for their time and effort in my regard. I thought that was agreeable. I would like a refund of $130.00.Desired Settlement: I was told the first time I called them that they would have to keep $50.00 of the $180.00 I paid them for this 2 year service and that was ok with me. I would like a refund of $130.00 since I had their service for only 2 months.
