Review: It is a very poorly individually owned by [redacted] ,very poor service ,over priced and they don't have a clue what they are doing ,we had many internet and phone problems ,they have the worst equipment everDesired Settlement: A refund of thousands of dollars that was spent with them

Hello,

I've attached some information regarding an individual that has filed a complaint about our company. One of the attachments is the paper we served the individual [redacted] with, the 2nd is the court minutes with the result of the case we had against the individual [redacted]. Another is his payment history with us. He was a customer of ours that stopped paying his invoices. He said his company wasn't doing very well so we tried to work with him on a payment plan to help him out. He ended up just not paying us and would not give us out hardware we had leased to him back. We tried to take him to court, but he singed the contract with a fake name, and the company's name that was on the contract has since then been under investigation by the F.B.I.

Please let me know if this information is sufficient enough to void the complaint again us.

Response:

I will address these claims individually. Ztelco has been in business since 2004, this would not be the case if we did not supply exemplary service, nor could we expand so consistently if we did not "know what we were doing". Our team is highly trained and our equipment is of cutting edge technology. About Mr.[redacted] having many problems, we do not have one recorded complaint in our system, nor will he.

What did happen: Mr. [redacted] signed a false name on the contract for our agreement. This was the only reason we did not succeed in court during our attempt to get our stolen equipment back (VOIP Phones and backed bills). To add insult to injury, Mr.[redacted] is now attacking Ztelco in any way possible. So my question is: If the signature on the contract is not Mr.[redacted], then how is he making claims to have "done business" with us at all. It is because he did. With personal statements of being "broke" and "needing funding" he delayed paying his bills for over 6 months.

The fact is, we're unable to prove that he was a customer because of a forged signature. The very same signature that he needs to attack us, is the same signature that would prove he stole our equipment and did not pay bills.

Now since neither side has factual evidence, one must examine the patterns. I would ask that the Revdex.com please research Ztelco to find what customers/companies would agree with Mr.[redacted] validating his extreme claims. Research will show that the company [redacted] which Mr.[redacted] claims to be associated with has reviews on Yelp as "scams", and does not currently exist. And this is from the San Diego County Government site http://www.[redacted]
