Z&U Bolt's Construction

Review: Contract was signed on September 03, 2015 with the initial deposit of $3,000 and also paid addition two payments of $11,500. So, total paid $14,500 of total contract of $29,000. As of December 31, 2015 Z&U Bolt Construction LLC (Mr. [redacted] left the job incomplete with only few items done. As he demolished all bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms, he is asking for more money than contracted price. He under bid his contract and now he cannot afford to do any more job. I already gave him $14,500 and he used only $10,000 to purchase material and labor. He still has left over money and not doing any more work and not answering my phone calls or text messages. I call numerous time and he is not picking up my phones or not answering my text too. He never told us until today that he cannot continue this job with the same price what is written in contract. In many occasion I asked him to keep communication open so we can resolve this issue, but he ignores my phones and text. I also wrote him a letter and not getting any response. This house is completely vacant since September without heat and in danger due to winter frozen. He promises many things at various time and not fulfilling the promise.Desired Settlement: Either he can complete the job with additional $2,000 or terminate this contract and refund my money.
