We were sorry to hear about Mr *** experiences here at Boat Sport as our goal is to give great service to all of our customersI talked to my service manger about this matter, and the first thing we did was to put Jerry's name in the systemThis is something that would have been changed right
away if he would have told the service mangerIt is a very easy change to do in the system.On 7/19/Mr *** came to us about his boat not running or starting easilyThe boat was inspected and it was found to have water in the gas and the primer solenoid was not workingSo we drained the fuel tank and put new gas in the tank, changed spark plugs and replaced the electric primer solenoid. After that repair was done he was able to drive the boat back to his house with no problems.On 7/28/Jerry came back to with the boat had stated that he was having the same problems as beforeThe boat was inspected again and the gas had water in it againWe then drained the fuel tank had put new gas in the boatThe water was getting into the tank form a hole in the seat baseWe put a gutter under the seat base so that the water would not run directly into the tankIt would be a great help to Jerry if he would cover his boat.As Jerry's run issue is that water keeps getting into the gas tank we do not believe that we are at fault for the repair not working.
